Calamari’s leave management system is an online time-off manager. It allows the user to automate their PTO calculation and makes managing holidays in the company easier. Calamari integrates with software like Slack, Jira, Google Apps, Asana, and more.

Calamari’s clock in and clock out system helps in tracking attendance. Time-tracking has become simpler with iBeacon technology, QR code scanner, and many other useful clocking methods. This software has many features like timesheets, approval flow, manual time entries, and employee time tracking.

How Much Does Calamari Software Cost?

Calamari provides per user based pricing with a minimum of 10 users required for the software. Its two main modules, leave management and time/attendance tracking has different costs.

“Set up fast with great support

Pros

Setting it up was surprisingly fast and we were fully running in just a couple of days. The Slack integration is a game-changer for my remote team, people can request time off right where they're already working. The interface is so clean and interactive that we didn't need any training. Plus their support team is very quick and helpful whenever we have a question.

Cons

Honestly we haven't run into any major problems. At first I wished there were more ways to customize reports but their team actually added some of those options based on user feedback!

“Love the team management feature

Pros

I use the Team Management feature a lot. It is awesome for managing time-off requests, approvals and tracking. The automatic reminders and calendar syncs cut down on so much manual work.

Cons

The pricing is fair for small to mid-sized teams but I think larger organizations might find the cost a bit high for the features you get.

“Good but missing a feature

Pros

The ease of use really is the best part.. we got started and were up and running super quick with hardly any setup drama. And the fact that we've used it reliably for everything from leave requests to daily clock-ins for five years now speaks volumes. It's not flashy or overcomplicated.. it's just perfect for what we need, day in and day out. That kind of consistent no-fuss value is exactly what you hope for in a tool.

Cons

I wasn't too impressed when they moved the emergency contact info behind the Core HR paywall. Surely we could have kept that one basic field available?
