Calamari provides excellent accessibility for all staff. The ability to request and approve sick days or time off via mobile phone is a fantastic feature.

Itd be preferable if administrators and HR roles didnt count as seats if they arent being utilized in the system. We solely use it for administrative purposes.

Straightforward People Management

Excellent time tracking punch card and other features. PTO tracking is particularly valuable.

Cons

Certain setups or configurations like PTO accruals are more intricate than necessary.

At first the interface felt a bit clumsy but the Calamari team actively seeks feedback and has made significant strides in the past year. They inquire about enhancements and swiftly put them into action!

Customizing settings for each employee is straightforward and the cost is reasonable.

At times I notice glitches where Entitlement defaults to the previous year inexplicably.

The customer service is exceptional and the admins are always eager to assist.

I have no complaints. Even if something isnt functioning or lacks a desired feature we can always rely on the Admin team.
