Starting out in this role and learning how to work with a recognition program at the same time, I've really felt supported by everyone at Terryberry. I've needed a little extra help along the way and nobody has ever made me feel awkward or silly for asking questions. Cons

Keeping employees engaged and motivated is one of the toughest parts of managing a team and this platform has been perfect for that. The recognition and rewards features are very simple to use and the support team is always quick to jump in when needed. Their customer service has been excellent.
Cons
Every now and then, there are a few bugs or technical hiccups but whenever something comes up, it gets resolved quickly. I also really appreciate that they keep releasing updates and adding new features which shows they are serious about improving the software. The only thing I'd want is better communication around those updates.

I struggled with this tool for 5 years before finding this platform. After seeing how much time it saved, I realized it freed up 214 hours a year from admin work. When I started my new job, this was the first system I set up. There are so many compliance requirements for HR, contracts and policies that you need to track, not to mention supporting your employees. Their free webinars on culture and people management have been really helpful and the chat support is quick to respond. Even when I hit them with a dozen questions in one day, they always give thorough, helpful answers.
Cons
I wish I'd started using this sooner. The team really listens to user feedback and keeps improving. They even added an hourly tracker for part time workers which is great for us.

Pros
One thing that has worked really well for us is how much of the program they handle on their end. That has cut down a lot of the admin time we would otherwise have to spend. The platform itself is easy and that was a big reason we picked it for our Years of Service program. Being able to keep rewards limited to physical items has also been really helpful since it helps both us and our employees avoid taxes on what they receive. Overall, it does exactly what we needed it to do.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been the login problems with the website. It also crashes pretty often, so you end up having to reload the page more than you should. Another feature I wish it had is the ability to buy extra points, because that would let employees who are a little short still get the item they want. And while there are already plenty of items available, having an even wider selection would make the program better.
