I've been extremely disappointed with their customer service, it is genuinely awful. I have sent numerous emails and follow-ups about a few specific issues I needed assistance with and when I finally get a reply it is often obvious they either didn't read my question closely or they simply don't care enough to provide real help. Dealing with them has become incredibly frustrating and has cost me a lot of time that could have been spent on more productive tasks. There isn't a phone number to call, email is the only channel available which makes getting timely support even harder. Since I'm the one paying for this service, I expected better responsiveness but it feels like they were focused on making the sale, promising everything and then largely ignoring customers after sign-up.

Occasionally even minor county searches drag on for weeks before the results come back and that has caused me a lot of frustration. I work with people who are receiving time-sensitive offers and because of the delays I've had situations where candidates ended up losing opportunities because the background check wasn't completed in time. Another frustrating issue is that the SSN trace sometimes flags or suspends a candidate incorrectly, through no fault of theirs and trying to get support to resolve those suspensions has been a real headache because it's so hard to reach someone who can fix it quickly.

Results are presented neatly and I find it feasible to spot the status of each candidate, with labels from our ATS making monitoring easier.

Sometimes results arrive later than expected depending on the county and on some occasions they don't line up with what we see in our ATS, in most cases it's traced back to a bug or an integration problem.
