indispensable tool for employee screening

Pros

For me it's an indispensable way to run background checks on every recruited potential employee we consider.

Cons

Simple interface with prompt support integration

Pros

it's great that how feasible the interface is, it makes using the product extremely simple and convenient. Whenever I've needed help, support has been prompt and I've found it feasible to connect with other products.

Cons

no drawbacks at the moment. nothing comes to mind that concerns me right now.

easy navigation with quick search access

Pros

I'm finding the interface really feasible and I can quickly locate exactly what I'm searching for.

Cons

Honestly nothing negative to report. I've dealt with four other companies before and up to now I consider this one the best for me. It's fast, makes pulling up old reports effortless, has pages that are simple to navigate and features a clean, user-friendly menu that I appreciate.

Fast motor vehicle reports for drivers

Pros

At my company the insurance carrier expects us to pull Motor Vehicle Reports for anyone who will drive on set. I really appreciate that I can just send one email and this system gathers all of the sensitive details for me. The turnaround on the reports is incredibly fast which is a lifesaver when I have to clear last-minute drivers right before a shoot.

Cons

Sometimes I get confused going through the reports because they're not very easy to read or understand. It takes me a little extra time to figure out what the numbers are actually showing.

Smooth corporate screening

Pros

We find this background check service really feasible and easy to use. We only run it for our corporate hires and the whole process has been consistently smooth. What I like most is that candidates enter all of their own information so all we ever have to do is provide an email address and pick the type of background check.

Cons

One thing that bothered me was the yearly credit check requirement. Because of that, our company couldn't really use it fully since we don't need that many checks every year. It felt like an unnecessary extra step for us.

Reliable onboarding reference for screening needs

Pros

I rely on this tool as a reference for the information required when onboarding new employees.

Cons

Every now and then, the results take longer to show up than I expect. Waiting around can get a bit annoying especially when I need the info quickly.

No-frills screening with easy setup

Pros

this tool is incredibly simple to get started with for both employers and employees. In my experience, it takes a clear, no-frills approach when collecting and presenting the information needed for hiring a new employee which made the whole process feel feasible and efficient.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have anything bad to say. The tool works really well and I haven't run into anything I dislike so far.

Pros

I like that I can customize exactly what I need and it even offers international options.

Cons

From what I've noticed some checks can drag on way longer than they really should. It can be a little frustrating when you're on a tight schedule.

Industry standard for fast screening

Pros

For me it's the industry standard for simple, fast and efficient background checks.

Cons

I wish there was just one account that worked everywhere, instead of having to juggle separate accounts for the US and international use. That would make life a lot easier.

Paylocity integrated screening automation

Pros

We rely on this tool almost every week. It's incredibly user-friendly and transparent, with optional add-ons and generally fast to reasonable turnaround times. There's a good balance of interaction between us as the client and the employee. What I appreciate most is that, as a client, I only need to provide a valid email address, the candidate and the platform handle everything else. Having tried other background-check services, this has been my best experience to date. I also love that it integrates with Paylocity and implementation was smooth. Overall it makes our process effortless and very easy to manage.

Cons

It would be great to have a dedicated account manager. Right now, I have to open a ticket or submit a query whenever something comes up which feels kind of inconvenient. Having someone live or even a smart bot, to help instantly would be much better.
