It executes inside the same application flow as the background check, so candidates never leave the Checkr environment or juggle a separate login.

The feature routes candidates to one of 15,000+ clinics using an algorithm that weighs location and clinic availability from several lab vendors. Candidates complete drug tests at SAMHSA-certified labs, with certified medical review officers reviewing results that require clarification, such as a potential false positive caused by a prescription medication.

Checkr Analytics helps hiring, HR, operations, and compliance teams identify where background screening processes are slowing down and understand what is causing the delays. Teams can see whether a candidate has yet to submit information or whether a court closure is holding up a report. The feature also helps compliance teams monitor how consistently reports are being adjudicated.

Checkr's AI resume fraud detection screens incoming applications for signs of synthetic or AI-generated submissions. It works by cross-referencing each application against Checkr's People Data Graph, which contains data from over 270 million candidate profiles. It then analyzes resume data, metadata, and candidate history to surface details that appear made up.
