“Great Functionality and Outstanding Customer Support with Clock Shark
Pros
Clockshark has a great customer training team. They are knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. The quick chat feature virtually puts a member of their staff at our disposal at all times. The support team routinely asks if we need any features added, which shows their dedication. I have been able to optimize our projects to save costs, where possible, based on the time it took to complete tasks.
Cons
I would like an option for entering a timesheet and marking it as active so that the employee may come in anytime they want without my approval/assistance. I have submitted this as a suggestion but to no avail so far.

With clockShark, I can easily track my employees' whereabouts with GPS, ensuring they are available when needed.
Cons
Depending on the weather, the GPS can take a while to respond and geolocate an employee. Some employees initially feel uncomfortable with the level of control, although they do try to get used to it.

Pros
I don't have to deal with paper timesheets anymore which is a huge relief. The time tracking is spot-on and really simple to use. Plus, it sends reminders when I need to clock in for specific jobs during work hours.
Cons
The only thing I dont like is that I cant adjust pay rates between different tasks. Also when someone calls in sick, there are way too many steps involved. I'd rather just click on the day and enter the sick time directly.

We adore how simple ClockShark is for our staff to use. Both managers and employees can easily use the smartphone app. We converted from an app that was really challenging for managers to use, and they are now ecstatic about this softwares usability. Payroll processing is another thing I truly like that is simple. Where our other app likewise fell short, the time-off request features were able to completely meet our needs. The notifications for clocking in and out as well as the warnings when there is unaccounted time are both very useful. The ability to monitor and record each employees hours worked has been really useful. I have divided my work into more manageable chunks, which has greatly aided in billing my customers. Now I do not have to text or contact my team during their working hours every time I have a question like how long did you spend on this duty, for example.
Cons
In our situation, I would like the crew lead to be able to enter kilometers for each job and perhaps a daily total. Then Id know what to charge the client for and Id know how much the employee is paid. My crew leaders are currently just entering comments. It increases the amount of work we have to do on the management side.

All of my scheduling and tasks are managed easily by Clock Shark. My company specializes in putting up graphic installations at buildings, streets, etc., and we may visit as many as 50 different venues in a single week. Clock Shark has been able to handle the load effortlessly! It allows us to sift through the jobs depending on stages using the JobFlow method.
Cons
The filter does not hold as you go between tasks when you filter the jobs based on stage or any other criteria you choose.
