Cons

my team can easily clock in and out and they get reminders when they arrive at the job site (though I need to remember to add the geoFence!). They also get a reminder every morning to clock in which has been a bit of a struggle with some of them.
Cons
When creating a new job, the geofence can't be enabled by default. You need Zapier to create jobs in Clockshark but there's no way to automatically enable the geofence. That's the only issue I've had in the four years we've been using it.

Integration with QuickBooks works smoothly without much trouble. The timesheet layout is fantastic since I can quickly view each person's daily clock-ins and their weekly totals all in one place.
Cons
I'd really like more flexibility with overtime settings and being able to customize hours per week or pay period would be great. It would also be helpful to configure overtime based on provincial rules and add a banked hours feature for individual employees. The automatic break function has some issues too. When it's enabled and someone clocks out for break, the system occasionally gives them a double break entry. Then I have to go in and fix it manually, which is annoying.
