I find the product very easy to use and its design feels simple to me.

Cons

A few tests were buggy and I think some test takers had to retake them which wasn't ideal for their experience.

We use this tool to screen candidates since we receive so many applications whenever we post an open position. Before, one of my teammates had to manually filter profiles and schedule interviews. Now, with this tool, I can filter out 80�90% of candidates quickly which saves us a lot of time. It's simple to use and the customer care team has been excellent.

Cons

I remember trying the plagiarism detection feature during the trial and it worked okay but I think it could definitely be improved to catch more nuanced cases.

For me, the best thing is the affordability, pricing isn't tied to the number of assessments. I also appreciate their great customer service.

I feel the user interface could definitely use a refresh, the rewind feature fails about half the time and the plagiarism detector could be smarter. It'd be super helpful if I could also see how many times a candidate switched tabs during open ended questions.

Great tool!! I love being able to prepare tests based on a candidate's skills and assess them in real time. It gives me a far clearer picture than reference calls or past project reviews. I also appreciate the built-in video tool and the detailed reports for evaluating candidates.

Some important skill tests like MongoDB, Express and AWS are missing, I really wish there were more of those to choose from.

It bothers me that the system doesn't evaluate solutions based on time complexity. Someone could submit an inefficient solution and still get the same score. Also, since test URLs aren't unique, a person can resubmit using different emails which feels like a loophole.

What I appreciate most is the time based scoring feature, it evaluates not just completion but also how long candidates take. I also value the plagiarism detection which is incredibly useful for recruitment assessments.

I wish there was an option to cancel or withdraw invites. Sometimes I send them to the wrong people or to candidates who later decline and there's no way to fix it. It'd also help to have an option to resend invites if someone doesn't get the first one.

The price is very competitive. I find the playback of candidates completing challenges helpful for spotting cheaters and the candidate summary is super useful.

I find it frustrating that I can't easily add custom tests and I really miss having a pair programming option with webcam support, that would make evaluations feel more collaborative.
