Honestly I find it simple to use and the pre-built programming challenges save me a lot of setup time.

Cons

I do feel that the customization features lean more toward developers, making it a bit tricky for me to tailor things specifically for engineers.

We wanted to hire the best programmers and one of our main challenges was assessing logical skills. This tool helped me create different level tests for multiple roles and the detailed reports, like score %, plagiarism and test recordings, really made decision making easier. It's an amazing tool!

I've noticed the admin panel can be a bit clunky, sometimes I struggle to locate a candidate quickly, so improving its UX would be a big help.

The user-friendly interface is fantastic! I also love the wide variety of challenges and the excellent customer support team, they're always so helpful.

It's been tough to fine tune the prescreening questions to match our needs. I'm still experimenting with finding the right balance between not overwhelming candidates and still getting meaningful code to review.

Most of the questions focus on algorithms which is great but I'd love to see more related to DevOps and data science, that would make the tool even more valuable for me.

Pros

The setup was easy and sending challenges to candidates was alsp simple. Support has been quick to respond and I appreciate the frequent updates. The enterprise plan's custom branding and domain features are great, plus it's affordable and comes with a large challenge library.

Cons

Some UX choices are confusing and a few features are unclear, for instance, I still don't quite understand how the scoring works. I also have to email support every time I want to set up an ATS integration which is inconvenient.
