“Poor ATS integration and support issues
Pros
I liked how easy it was to implement, no hassle at all in setup, even for first time users of assessment tools like me.
Cons
If you're a company that depends on ATS or recruitment systems, this one's probably not for you. It doesn't integrate well with most popular ATS platforms. And if you focus on candidate experience, it might disappoint you, I noticed the features in that area aren't flexible enough for the price. The design could also use work, you have to open each assessment in a new tab or you'll lose your progress. On top of that, it's pricey for what you get, basic stuff like downloading a candidate list costs extra and their support, honestly is the worst part. You'll be questioned for canceling and practically asked to prove your feedback's valid. It's not a smooth experience for me.

“simple setup with realistic tests
Pros
Setting it up was simple and I loved how the pre made tests aligned perfectly with real developer tasks. The built-in code editor and detailed reports made the process even better.
Cons
No issues so far, it's doing exactly what my team needs it to.

“Brilliant benchmarking and question library
Pros
I find it super easy to use with an extensive question library and love how benchmarking shows me not just difficulty levels but also how past candidates performed, it's a brilliant feature.
Cons
The price feels a little high if I am just testing a small number of developers but honestly, hiring the wrong person would cost way more, so it kinda balances out.

“Time saving tool
Pros
Personally, this tool has saved me plenty of time in recruitment. It helped us shortlist candidates quickly and compared to other dev assessment tools I tried, it offered the best value with transparent, flexible pricing.
Cons
I did feel there could be more tests to choose from. For some senior candidates, the challenges were too easy but it still helped us see how quickly they handled problems compared to the newer ones.

“Unhelpful and slow customer support
Pros
I'd advise staying away from this tool, every other platform I've used performs far better.
Cons
Support was kinda rude to me and not helpful at all. The form even says it can take up to two weeks to get a reply which feels way too long.

“Wonderful UI for test management
Pros
For me, this tool offers a wonderful UI for making and managing tests. Assessing students isn't overly difficult, allowing me to easily categorize them. I also appreciate how simple it is to detect plagiarism since I can track every action taken by a student.
Cons
It really needs a mass import option for custom questions in tests. I think recruiters should also get clear answers for coding questions to check student submissions properly. Sometimes we don't even get info about what the candidates are doing during the test which makes it hard to evaluate fairly.

“easy setup and great value
Pros
Honestly I found it incredibly easy to set up and use, excellent value for money compared to other tools I've tried.
Cons
Candidate management felt incomplete when I used it, the automated code review definitely needed a bit of polish, especially when it came to test cases.

“Feature rich code editor experience
Pros
I really enjoy the rich features of the code editor. I can search Google within it and work with web frameworks like Angular and React, along with multiple programming languages.
Cons
I wish I could add more than 300 candidates to a single screening assessment, the current limit makes large scale hiring a bit tough to manage.

“Smooth interview and screening process
Pros
Using this tool made my interview process much smoother. I could prescreen candidates, conduct coding sessions via screenshare and identify top talent efficiently. Their support team responded quickly and resolved issues within hours, saving me a lot of time.
Cons
Whenever an issue affects the candidate experience, it's frustrating. Even though the support team responds quickly, I'd love for these issues to be prevented in the first place, easier said than done, of course.

“Transparent candidate video assessments

Perfect for my team... I appreciate the customized assessments and the ability to replay candidates video submissions, it adds a lot of transparency.
Cons
I really like the range of coding challenges available but the pool of multiple choice questions could be broader to cover more topics.

“simple to set up
Pros
I found setting up and using the software simple and easy. I could design an online assessment and send it to candidates all within a single day.
Cons
Searching for tests by tags would've made my life so much easier. I had to open and review each quiz manually which felt unnecessarily time consuming.

“Excellent interface for test management
Pros
In my view, this tool's interface for creating and managing tests is excellent. It's easy for me to rate coding questions, sort students and detect copying since every action is tracked.
Cons
I think having bulk import functionality for custom question tests would save a lot of time. Also, recruiters should get the final coding solutions to cross check student performance, that would really help with validation.

“User friendly with great support
Pros
I really like how user friendly the product is and their customer support team has always been great whenever I reached out.
Cons
Since it's still a relatively new tool, I've noticed some rough edges and limited integration options, currently, Zapier is pretty much the only one that works.

“Perfect platform for tech hiring
Pros
For me, this tool is the perfect platform for tech recruitment. It offers a variety of pre-built and customizable challenges, detects plagiarism effectively and highlights top candidates for review. The video recordings of their screens also help me judge problem solving skills accurately.
Cons
The pricing feels quite steep for India. I'd honestly prefer something closer to ?5000 a month instead of the $199 plan. The UI could be smoother and I'd love to see more pre-built templates for mobile development challenges like Android, iOS, or Flutter.

Pros
Honestly I like how simple it is to use and I especially value the session recording and tab tracking features.

“Effective anti cheating measures
Pros
What I love most are the anti cheating measures and the ability to review recorded candidate sessions, they help me understand exactly how candidates think through problems.
Cons
Sometimes candidate emails with assessment links end up in spam or just don't work which causes delays and confusion for me on both ends.

“Fantastic tool for real skill assessment
Pros
It's a fantastic way to assess real skills. I wouldn't hire without it and our recruiters now rely on it heavily.
Cons
One downside is that a lot of the assessments can now be found online. That said, I appreciate how the app catches and flags plagiarism effectively.

“Comprehensive library for evaluations
Pros
Simple tool!! I find it very easy to use and I appreciate the comprehensive library of evaluation questions. Being able to review how each candidate solved their challenge gives me clear insight into their abilities.
Cons
I always make sure to double check results since candidates often find alternative ways to solve challenges, it keeps me on my toes!
