An employeeaccessible mobile app would improve accessibility although there are some minor issues that need addressing such as unprintable elements and occasional email delivery issues.

Managing staff is easy as a department head and staff find the interface simple to navigate. Integration with calendars is also useful.

My login sessions inexplicably expire after a single use which is a bit inconvenient.

As an HR person I find the software intuitive and appreciate the responsive customer service. The feature suggestion option is helpful and the benefits integration and email reminders are great features.

While the software is evolving there are some minor enhancements needed. The performance review module while good could benefit from features like the ability to set future launch dates and repeat them. Integration with payroll and other systems is also a consideration.

The softwares ease of use stands out the most. Its incredibly userfriendly and customizable with prompt support.

The lack of a mobile app is the main thing missing from this software. Hopefully this is something that will be developed in the future.

Collage is incredibly straightforward and easy to navigate offering great value compared to our previous HR platform. The Canadian aspect is particularly helpful and the benefit administration has been invaluable. Im always impressed by the prompt followup from online support.

Although Collage is still relatively new some feature requests remain unfulfilled like the inability to sort reports within the platform. Ive suggested adding the ability to create folders in the Documents tab for better organization.

I appreciate the ease of use and amazing customer support provided by Collage. The regular updates enhance its functionality and features like recruiting integration with indeed.com performance reviews and integration with GWL benefits and Wagepoint payroll are highly beneficial.

The training module could be more comprehensive and it would be beneficial to design courses within the software. Also the timeoff module could provide more detail on the company Outlook calendar showing exact hours off each day.

Collage has been a timesaving solution for us. It simplifies processes like tracking vacation days sick days and lieu time which used to be managed through Excel sheets. Although were still exploring its full capabilities were already seeing its benefits.

Currently theres no option for taking lieu time with overtime or subtracting overtime for paid time off. It can be confusing for staff since overtime hours are entered as a percentage rather than as actual hours worked.

Getting started with Collage is a breeze and both the user and administrator experiences are intuitive. Their customer support is exceptional.

Initially we encountered minor issues with Collage but their responsive product development team has resolved most of them in the nine months since we started using it. The only feature were still waiting for is Single SignOn with Google.

Since becoming a paid service more integration and payroll administration options would be appreciated. Despite no longer using the service I still receive reminders and updates which is inconvenient.

Collage was a great system when it was free. It streamlines onboarding/offboarding processes and provides customized email reminders for a seamless experience. Centralizing important information and tracking vacation and timeoff requests are other notable features.

Although no longer free Collage is suitable for small to mediumsized companies but may not be ideal for larger ones.

The digital signature and onboarding features of Collage are outstanding. Hiring and onboarding employees has become effortless ensuring all necessary information is collected efficiently.
