There are some quirks like how vacation is listed as hours and days and certain permissions and fields need adjustments. Also managers should be able to override vacation during probation periods.

The calendar feature and selfservice timeoff requests are highlights of Collage. Although there are some drawbacks with the calendar overall the user interface is excellent and custom fields are appreciated.

Cons

Reporting functionalities especially for time off need improvement. Id like to pull reports for individual employees and receive warnings for booking overlapping dates. Additionally having reminders for the calendar would be helpful.
