Collage HR could enhance its platform by incorporating a native payroll feature and strengthening its performance management module with features such as goal setting and career development plans.

Although Collage is still relatively new some feature requests remain unfulfilled like the inability to sort reports within the platform. Ive suggested adding the ability to create folders in the Documents tab for better organization.
