Pros
Storing our employee documents digitally and easily accessing them is fantastic. I particularly enjoy emailing forms for review and signatures to our employees, tracking hours for payroll, streamlining new employee onboarding, coordinating job postings with job search sites, monitoring training progress and more.
Cons
Adjusting to it took me some time as it is a new program.

“Great product and amazing customer service
Pros
Managing complex PTO and vacation days for our staff used to be the most challenging part of my job. Dealing with that mess on an Excel sheet was a nightmare. Eddy HR simplified this process significantly, especially setting up various schedules for PTO and vacation days and how they accrue. Now, I do not even have to think about it as the software handles it all.
Cons
It would be great if I could print/save all reports in Excel or CSV format. Currently, I have only managed to process specific reports this way. It would also be helpful if Pay Periods were sorted from Most Recent to Oldest.

“Great implementation & Follow up!
Pros
Introducing a new software and getting employees accustomed to it can be tough, but the team at Eddy has been amazing. They have continuously supported us through the process, being patient and helpful as our needs evolved as a new team.
Cons
Although some future functionalities are desired now, managing future leave taken before being earned and balancing has been challenging. Overall, the system is robust and highly beneficial.

Pros
The ATS and onboarding features work exceptionally well together. Time tracking and PTO are immensely helpful and easy to utilize.
Cons
The PTO feature could be enhanced to allow employees to be assigned multiple policies. The reporting function could incorporate more data points, and it would be fantastic to generate custom reports.

The hiring features within Eddy are self-explanatory and user-friendly. When hiring, I can easily monitor candidate progress and communicate easily with my HR manager. Managing employee time off and vacation days is a simple task and employee profiles streamline performance reviews and raises tracking.

Eddys most remarkable feature is its all-in-one nature. The Eddy portal provides everything needed in one place, and the software is both easy to use and easy to train on.
Cons

Pros
Our company previously relied on paper files, so transitioning to an online HRMS has proven to be incredibly helpful.
Cons
It would be beneficial to notify employees when their licenses expire. The current setup in Eddy requires creating a training, but having a calendar of dates to remind employees of deadlines would be fantastic.

Pros
EddyHR is user-friendly, featuring a clean and uncluttered interface with essential features such as time tracking, time off management and document storage. The simple employee portal enhances overall usability.
Cons
Since the software is relatively new, some features like having multiple vacation policies haven't been implemented yet. This isn't a major concern as I anticipate more to come, and I already admire what I see.

I really like the software's full functionality and its user-friendliness which makes it ideal for small to medium-sized businesses. I enjoy its features for hiring, onboarding, people management, and document organization. Recently, we introduced the payroll system.
Cons
I wish it had a messaging function and the ability to track more than 2 PTO categories. Direct access to the payroll functionality when needed would be advantageous. I also desire more customized reporting options.

EddyHR has proven to be very user-friendly for recruitment, employee management, time and PTO tracking and document storage. Considering the price, we couldn't have found a better entry-level HR platform for our small company.
Cons
While EddyHR is a fantastic platform, I do wish there were a few more features available. The existing features on the platform suffice for now, but customization to meet my specific needs requires significant back-end work. I wish it offered more customization tailored to my company's processes. However, considering the price, I can't complain! I rely on this system daily, and it performs its job effectively.

The employee profiles are a standout feature for me! Having access to this data is fantastic, and it's pretty easy to interpret.
Cons
I wish for more robust reporting capabilities. Additionally, I wish there was a method to reward employees through the portal. Payroll visibility poses challenges, from obtaining pay stubs to setting up out-of-state tax details.

I love Eddy's user-friendly navigation and its uncluttered interface which spares me from overwhelming features. Posting jobs instantly to three major job boards saves time and money. Plus, I can store and access all employee files with a simple click so goodbye paper and file cabinets! Eddy is amazing!

Customizing my candidate pipeline with drag-and-drop features is a real plus. I can create and save job postings in Eddy while simultaneously distributing them to top job boards like Glassdoor and Indeed. Tracking candidates is a breeze, especially with the ability to jot down notes right within Eddy.
Cons

Moving applicants through stages is effortless with drag-and-drop functionality, providing a comprehensive overview of everyone in the process. The software automatically posts to job boards, increasing candidate reach. The interview guides offer a variety of questions for each stage action. Communication with applicants is seamless, with easily readable email chains and no messy HTML issues. Eddy is packed with numerous essential features that become indispensable once you start using them. I appreciate details like displaying the applicant's time in our system and the ability to transfer applicants between jobs without manual entry. The customer service team is exceptional prompt in answering questions and providing updates on upcoming software releases.
Cons
As a young company, there are features I wish Eddy had, such as a tagging system and onboarding, but I know these features are on the way!
