It's a easy to use, offering excellent Stage Actions, free Interview Questions, customization options, auto email generation, and a modern aesthetic!

Cons

I have zero issues with Eddy. Whenever I encounter a bug, their service team and software engineers resolve it within a day. The team is excellent, and the customer service is even better.

Cons

Eddy is a newer software, and not all employee management features have launched yet. Once they are live, the "cons" section will be empty. Eddy is truly outstanding.

It's effortlessly usable (plug and play), well-organized, with a meticulously planned process, simplified pipeline setup, and construction, streamlined initial contact with candidates, seamless integration with job sites for posting job ads, integration with existing careers pages, phenomenal customer service with rapid response times to inquiries, frequent updates, and clear communication about upcoming platform enhancements.

Cons

There are a few functions missing that I would like to see, such as a job order submission process from hiring authorities and a tagging system. However, the communication regarding upcoming features is excellent.

Using Eddy is a cakewalk. Anyone in our organization can navigate it with minimal training. Communication with applicants is incredibly smooth, and task assignments are clearly outlined.

Cons

I am awaiting the development of a few more functions. It's currently a con, but it will be resolved soon as they are regularly introducing new features.

Cons

There's nothing negative for me. We genuinely don't have any dislikes. Compared to older software, Eddy is new, modern and fast. We absolutely love it.
