Customer service here is absolutely outstanding. Having a background in CRM, I can spot quality support immediately and this team delivers every time. The system itself is pretty user friendly but when I've run into issues (usually my own fault), their representatives have been incredibly courteous and patient. They're genuinely results oriented and never make you feel like your wasting there time. You know how some tech support people sigh in the background and act like your bothering them? None of that here. Every interaction leaves me feeling more knowledgeable about the platform.
Cons
I can't really think of anything negative to say about this system. When I've run into issues, it's usually been my own fault for not reading the instructions carefully enough before diving in.

Pros
Rep I talked with was incredibly helpful, even though my issue couldn't actually be fixed. Turns out my company had stopped using the system without me knowing but the support person still walked me through next steps and made sure I got all the right info. They took their time with me even after we figured out I wasn't technically a customer anymore.
Cons

Cons
Takes way too long for the programming team to address issues. I think some onboarding forms don't load properly as required by state law and the programming team really needs to get these forms working correctly.

Customer support is absolutely excellent no matter where I'm working from whether I'm at the Walter Time Clock helping an employee with an issue or handling payroll problems from my laptop or phone. What really stands out is how the support team is consistently available and incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance.
Cons
I've had ongoing issues with the refurbished time clocks over the past year, had to keep ordering replacements for several buildings. The good news is that the newer facial recognition units are working much better even in locations where WiFi has been problematic.

Cons
Only problem I found was with the phone line during my call, there was an echo that repeated everything I said (though I can't really fault anyone specifically for that). The support person was incredibly patient with me.
