Running payroll is incredibly easy for me with this system. The step by step guidance really helps and jumping between different locations happens without any hiccups. After working with several other payroll platforms, this one definitely stands out as the top choice.

I can't really think of much to complain about since everything works like it should. Would be nice if there was built in messaging to chat with support and my team directly in the platform though.

Mobile app makes clocking in and out incredibly quick, honestly takes me under 10 seconds each time. Since I always have my phone with me, I never forget to log my hours anymore. This is hands down the fastest way I've ever submitted timesheet data to corporate.

Rep who helped me had incredible patience. Since I'm not very tech savvy, it took way longer than usual to sort out my problem but they never seemed frustrated or rushed. They treated me with complete respect the whole time.

In my opinion the flexibility can be overwhelming at first since there are multiple ways to access the same features which gets confusing until you learn the ropes. I'd also love to see them improve the ad hoc report writer, it needs to be more aligned and powerful.

Crystal provided exceptional support when I was locked out of Epay and desperately needed to complete payroll that same day. She immediately reassured me saying "I'm so sorry you're having trouble but I can DEFINITELY help you with this" which was incredibly comforting. Turns out I had simply entered the wrong email address for the one time password (embarrassing!). When our call accidentally dropped, she called me back before I could even reach out again. Having managed housekeeping at major hotels for 20 years, I know customers usually only speak up when there's a problem but rarely give credit where it's due for outstanding service. Crystal truly cares about helping customers and deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

How the payroll reporting can be customized is really great, it makes it so much easier for me to handle postings across our multiple companies. The accuracy and timing of payroll processing has been spot on for all our locations spread across different states. What I find most valuable is that they handle all the tax filing responsibilities, federal, state and local returns plus payments, which takes a huge burden off my plate. The pricing is honestly the best I've found for this level of payroll service quality.

I'd like to dig deeper into the payroll journal entries and see what other customization options are available. It would be great to map our payroll earnings, taxes and deductions from each pay period directly to our accounting software's chart of accounts and job costing system. This would really help align things and cut down on the time we spend manually creating these entries.
