simple and user friendly interface

Pros

Interface is incredibly simple and I picked it up right away. Everything feels easy and user friendly.

Cons

sometimes when I open the interface it freezes up on me though that issue seems to have been resolved now.

easy timekeeping and employee management

Pros

Learning this system was surprisingly easy for everyone on our team. Staff members can log in without issues and track their hours easily. Looking up employee details, monitoring time and making adjustments happens smoothly. Workers from different age groups and backgrounds pick it up quickly. Problems with clocking in or accessing paystubs are extremely rare. Navigation feels simple for me since everything is clearly laid out. Clocking in at shift start and managing meal breaks works easily. Checking pay history and updating tax info or personal details is easy too. Compared to other platforms we've used, this one has a much gentler learning curve for data entry and modifications. The more I work with it daily for timekeeping, the smoother everything becomes. Haven't had any complaints so far. Having the mobile app option so employees can clock in and out from there phones adds real convenience.

Cons

There isnt much I'd complain about honestly. The system does exactly what we need it to do. Sometimes it runs a bit slow but that's probably our internet connection acting up. Employees occasionally forget there login info which creates some headaches. Nothing major with Epay functionality though. My main issue is that my company limits what I can access. Not being able to view complete details can be frustrating when I need that information.

Responsive support team

Pros

support team is really helpful whenever I run into issues and need to troubleshoot something.

Cons

Recent update made entering PTO hours frustrating, for me the icon is positioned way too close to the timesheet approval button, causing constant misclicks.

xceptional 24/7 customer service

Pros

Okay so..... the support here is absolutely incredible, truly 24/7 availability that actually works. Over the years I've run into various issues and they've blown me away with their response every single time. Can't recommend this enough for anyone looking for reliable service.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, haven't run into any real issues that would make me complain about anything here.

mobile app needs improvement

Pros

First screen gives me everything I need for daily tasks and I really appreciate being able to check my time punches easily through the menu. The flexibility to use either the website or mobile app for clocking in and out is really convenient and overall the interface is easy to navigate.

Cons

I ran into some bugs with the mobile app, couldn't select my facility or tasks a few times and got system errors that prevented me from clocking in. The web version helped when the mobile wasn't cooperating but no system is perfect. Also they offered me a gift card for leaving this review but never followed through which feels pretty deceptive and made me lower my rating.

smooth navigation across devices

Pros

I appreciate how easy this platform is to navigate whether I'm using the mobile app or accessing it through the website. The quick login process really stands out and the interface makes everything easy to find.

Cons

What bothers me is that the app doesn't scale properly for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, the formatting looks really dated and doesn't fit the screen resolution well. The UI design could really use some modernizing.

knowledgeable and friendly support experience

Pros

Working with the time clock feature has made everything run much smoother. When I ran into an issue, the support person who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, way more than I expected. He was really pleasant to work with and made the whole experience great.

Cons

Always get stuck using the same fingerprint for access which is frustrating for me.

easy attendance tracking

Pros

I can quickly spot attendance problems with employees using this system. Currently figuring out how to set up a Master schedule on the site to monitor overtime issues.

Cons

Can't delete old schedules I don't need anymore, created a TEsT one during practice and it's stuck there permanently which is pretty annoying.

fast and caring payroll support

Pros

Customer service team responds incredibly fast whenever I run into payroll issues and they always follow up with an email after resolving problems which really makes me feel valued as a customer.

Cons

sometimes things don't work perfectly but what really matters is how quickly problems get fixed. Haven't had any major complaints since the support team is really responsive and helpful.

outstanding customer service experience

Pros

Customer service here is absolutely outstanding. Having a background in CRM, I can spot quality support immediately and this team delivers every time. The system itself is pretty user friendly but when I've run into issues (usually my own fault), their representatives have been incredibly courteous and patient. They're genuinely results oriented and never make you feel like your wasting there time. You know how some tech support people sigh in the background and act like your bothering them? None of that here. Every interaction leaves me feeling more knowledgeable about the platform.

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative to say about this system. When I've run into issues, it's usually been my own fault for not reading the instructions carefully enough before diving in.

helpful support even after offboarding

Pros

Rep I talked with was incredibly helpful, even though my issue couldn't actually be fixed. Turns out my company had stopped using the system without me knowing but the support person still walked me through next steps and made sure I got all the right info. They took their time with me even after we figured out I wasn't technically a customer anymore.

Cons

I rarely use this enough to really find anything to complain about.

excellent support and easy hiring

Pros

Customer service really stands out and drives the whole business forward. Finding employees is incredibly easy. I'd recommend this to anyone I can. Since I haven't used other options, I can't make comparisons.

Cons

Takes way too long for the programming team to address issues. I think some onboarding forms don't load properly as required by state law and the programming team really needs to get these forms working correctly.

comprehensive tracking with facial recognition

Pros

I really like how it keeps track of everything, having all that information right there when you need it is super convenient. The facial recognition feature for clocking in and out is pretty neat too. From what I've seen, this beats out other systems in the market.

Cons

I haven't found anything to complain about so far. Everything seems well designed and functions exactly as advertised. Honestly I wouldn't change a thing, sometimes simple just works better. Can't think of any improvements that are actually needed.

consistently available and helpful support

Pros

Customer support is absolutely excellent no matter where I'm working from whether I'm at the Walter Time Clock helping an employee with an issue or handling payroll problems from my laptop or phone. What really stands out is how the support team is consistently available and incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance.

Cons

I've had ongoing issues with the refurbished time clocks over the past year, had to keep ordering replacements for several buildings. The good news is that the newer facial recognition units are working much better even in locations where WiFi has been problematic.

Impressive support

Pros

Late night support really impressed me, having an actual person pick up the phone after hours instead of dealing with those annoying automated systems was such a relief. They sorted out my issue in just a few minutes which saved me a lot of hassle.

Cons

Only problem I found was with the phone line during my call, there was an echo that repeated everything I said (though I can't really fault anyone specifically for that). The support person was incredibly patient with me.

Fast navigation, limited upload options.

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is to navigate and the fast processing speeds make my workflow much smoother.

Cons

File upload system could use some work, being able to upload multiple documents at once would be a huge time saver. Also it would be great if it supported more file types like emails and .heic files which would really improve the overall workflow.

Top tier payroll system with simple navigation

Pros

Running payroll is incredibly easy for me with this system. The step by step guidance really helps and jumping between different locations happens without any hiccups. After working with several other payroll platforms, this one definitely stands out as the top choice.

Cons

I can't really think of much to complain about since everything works like it should. Would be nice if there was built in messaging to chat with support and my team directly in the platform though.

Fast and convenient mobile time tracking

Pros
