sometimes when I open the interface it freezes up on me though that issue seems to have been resolved now.

Pros
Learning this system was surprisingly easy for everyone on our team. Staff members can log in without issues and track their hours easily. Looking up employee details, monitoring time and making adjustments happens smoothly. Workers from different age groups and backgrounds pick it up quickly. Problems with clocking in or accessing paystubs are extremely rare. Navigation feels simple for me since everything is clearly laid out. Clocking in at shift start and managing meal breaks works easily. Checking pay history and updating tax info or personal details is easy too. Compared to other platforms we've used, this one has a much gentler learning curve for data entry and modifications. The more I work with it daily for timekeeping, the smoother everything becomes. Haven't had any complaints so far. Having the mobile app option so employees can clock in and out from there phones adds real convenience.
Cons
There isnt much I'd complain about honestly. The system does exactly what we need it to do. Sometimes it runs a bit slow but that's probably our internet connection acting up. Employees occasionally forget there login info which creates some headaches. Nothing major with Epay functionality though. My main issue is that my company limits what I can access. Not being able to view complete details can be frustrating when I need that information.

support team is really helpful whenever I run into issues and need to troubleshoot something.
Cons
Recent update made entering PTO hours frustrating, for me the icon is positioned way too close to the timesheet approval button, causing constant misclicks.

Okay so..... the support here is absolutely incredible, truly 24/7 availability that actually works. Over the years I've run into various issues and they've blown me away with their response every single time. Can't recommend this enough for anyone looking for reliable service.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind, haven't run into any real issues that would make me complain about anything here.

Pros
First screen gives me everything I need for daily tasks and I really appreciate being able to check my time punches easily through the menu. The flexibility to use either the website or mobile app for clocking in and out is really convenient and overall the interface is easy to navigate.
Cons
I ran into some bugs with the mobile app, couldn't select my facility or tasks a few times and got system errors that prevented me from clocking in. The web version helped when the mobile wasn't cooperating but no system is perfect. Also they offered me a gift card for leaving this review but never followed through which feels pretty deceptive and made me lower my rating.

I appreciate how easy this platform is to navigate whether I'm using the mobile app or accessing it through the website. The quick login process really stands out and the interface makes everything easy to find.
Cons
What bothers me is that the app doesn't scale properly for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, the formatting looks really dated and doesn't fit the screen resolution well. The UI design could really use some modernizing.

Pros
Working with the time clock feature has made everything run much smoother. When I ran into an issue, the support person who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, way more than I expected. He was really pleasant to work with and made the whole experience great.
Cons
Always get stuck using the same fingerprint for access which is frustrating for me.

I can quickly spot attendance problems with employees using this system. Currently figuring out how to set up a Master schedule on the site to monitor overtime issues.
Cons
Can't delete old schedules I don't need anymore, created a TEsT one during practice and it's stuck there permanently which is pretty annoying.

Cons
