Vastly Improved

Pros

The transition to Blueforce7 was a pleasant surprise for our company. The improved user interface and the preparedness of the staff during the migration were commendable. Our account manager was exceptional, making the transition smooth by addressing our queries promptly.

It has not been the most user-friendly

Pros

It has fulfilled our primary need of tracking time efficiently. Although the limitation of pulling only 90 days of history can sometimes be restrictive, we understand the rationale behind it.

Cons

Using and navigating through the system is very slow and cumbersome.

Best in their Class

Pros

Before Blueforce, customizing our Time and Attendance system was a challenge. With employees across the nation working on various jobsites and tasks for different vendors daily, the flexibility to move them around different paygroups and jobsite groups has greatly simplified our payroll process.

Cons

The waiting time for each entry to process and update is too lengthy.

Upgrade went well. Some hiccups, but always fixed quickly

Pros

The updated Epay has been a game-changer for us. It is a one-stop-shop with a user-friendly interface that streamlines navigation. The support team is top-notch, always quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Cons

It is frustrating when I input an employee's hours on the timesheet, like 8, but it assigns an actual time slot, such as 7:30-4:00.

Blueforce

Pros

Since September 2014, we have been using Blueforce and are generally pleased with it. It is user-friendly for administrators and most employees find it easy to navigate. Real-time recording and enhanced control over payroll have significantly reduced our errors by 50%.

Cons

One of the drawbacks we have noticed is that Blueforce is not very compatible with Internet Explorer, although it works fine with Chrome. Also, some of the reporting could be improved.

Pros

Cons

The website is not user-friendly, and if you do not know how to do something, it can be nearly impossible to figure out. Thankfully, we have an in-house rep to call for assistance.

I work with this on a daily to weekly basis with employee times.

Pros

I have found this product to be reliable. Features like advance entry for miscellaneous days and employee self-service for checking vacation/personal time are particularly beneficial.

Cons

It is annoying to have to click on a time to enter a note and then wait for it to process before moving on to the next day to enter a note for the same employee.

Pros
