Pros

Monitoring employee breaks and daily payroll activities has become much more efficient.

Cons

Due to the environment in the garages, the fingerprint function is not always reliable, leading to employees needing to request their employee numbers constantly. We also face difficulties with the heat and have had to relocate the Walter unit several times.

Pros

The system's simplicity and ease of use have been consistently impressive. I have not encountered any issues so far.

Cons

I genuinely can not think of anything I dislike. Seriously, nothing comes to mind.

store manager for mccarthy tire managing payroll for 15 employees

Pros

The fingerprint tracking feature eliminates potential errors in employee punching. It effectively tracks lunch breaks and different pay types, while also simplifying data manipulation.

Cons

There are several issues: it is slow to update after revising entered payroll data, I can not enter a reason in the box when adding a time card, employees' fingerprints are inconsistently read, necessitating multiple re-registrations, and the system needs more frequent updates. Also, I need to switch between time sheets and time cards faster.

It took a bit of getting used to but well worth the trouble.

Pros

Our previous manual process was cumbersome. I do not miss the days of deciphering handwritten timecards.

Cons

the fingerprint reader can be challenging, but it is not a major issue.

EPAY user review

Pros

Clocking in and out with EPAY is a breeze. I appreciate being able to monitor my employees' clock-in and clock-out times accurately. Loading vacation time directly into the system is a standout feature for me.

Cons

The system does not recognize fingerprints all the time. Our clocks are in the northeast, and it seems that when it is cold out, the recognition does not work properly.

Pros

The product's user-friendliness, simplicity, and responsiveness of the vendor to issues and corrections make it an excellent choice for our needs.

Cons

It feels like there are some simple fixes or updates that should have been done by now. I have raised some very simple issues, and they are still in the development stage.
