Works great!

Pros

EPAY simplifies the process of tracking employee time, ensuring we avoid overtime. It is not only user-friendly for me but also streamlines our workflow effectively.

Cons

It is quite straightforward, not overly flashy, which does not bother me, but I can see how some might prefer more pizzazz.

Very easy to navigate

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use. As an employee, I can swiftly make changes like adjusting tax withholdings or setting up direct deposit within minutes. Despite worrying about a recent change taking effect in time for the next pay period, the customer service promptly resolved the issue.

Cons

the only downside I have faced is occasional long loading times between pages and getting logged out due to timeouts. Otherwise, I've had a smooth experience with no noticeable cons so far.

Takes getting used to

Pros

Keeping track of hours, swapping shifts, and monitoring performance across different areas through scorecards are features I love. Requesting time off is a breeze and the interface is straightforward once you are accustomed to it.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing about this software that I dislike.

Cool Time Management Application

Pros

The platform offers customizable ways to organize employees based on performance and skills, or by department, which I find very innovative.

Cons

A great system and platform, but it's more like a service with POS devices than a simple app

Pros

it offers a comprehensive service and platform for managing sales in the field and payment relationships with dealers and third parties. The centralized management of all POS transactions with real-time reports is excellent.

Cons

Setting up the implementation is not straightforward, it will definitely need assistance for configuring the POS, inventory items, and payment rules. It requires some sales doors to make it cost-effective.

It's the best time and labor software out there!

Pros

The 24/7 customer support is fantastic, providing assistance whenever needed, unlike other payroll management companies with limited support.

Cons

The product is very user friendly. Excellent product especially when customed designed to company's specific needs/request. Excellent trainers/customer service.

Pros

EPAY's customization and training by instructors, like Aliza, are exceptional, ensuring that requested functionalities are implemented step by step.

Cons

Every once in a while, there might be a delay in response from the helpdesk/technical team, understandable considering their workload. However, it is not a frequent issue.

Recent blueforce upgrade

Pros

Despite recent upgrades causing continual problems, EPAY's support has been unsatisfactory. Issues like location setup and invalid pins persist and resolution timelines are often unclear.

Cons

EPAY's transition has been remarkable for our company, eliminating manual payroll processes and the associated errors, ultimately saving us a considerable amount of time.
