Pros
I appreciated how configurable the platform is since I could be very specific during the build stage. The team collaborated closely with us to make sure we could deliver a finished product to the business.
Cons
We did have a slow start to the project and asked for more help. The tool responded and delivered and customer support made a big difference when he came onboard.

Pros
For our recruitment purposes the platform's flexibility is a big plus because we can customise it to match how we work. Compared to other ATS options I've used, it's quite convenient and helps when bringing new hiring managers up to speed. The support team are always helpful and responsive whenever we have issues.
Cons
Overall there aren't many things I dislike about it but the CV viewing feature could use some work. I frequently end up downloading applicants' CVs so I can actually read them properly which isn't ideal.

Pros
Candidate management tools simple and convenient to use. For me job distribution is easy, workflows and communication are configurable and it also includes built-in e-sign and meeting scheduling.
Cons
I find that building or understanding reports beyond the standard widgets and dashboards is often challenging and I don't always get the reportable data I'm seeking especially around time spent in workflow stages and metrics like throughput or conversion rates.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how customizable the platform is and I can personally change or update many parts of the system myself without outside help, using it day-to-day feels easy and easy and the support team are consistently helpful and responsive, giving me a great level of service.
Cons
At times I find making changes to workflows or processes quite tricky to navigate and it can feel a bit complex though the support team are always willing and happy to step in and help me through those adjustments. I have also noticed limitations when dealing with very high volumes of candidates, adding skills to candidate profiles and with blind screening functionality.

“Mind-blowing analytics and onboarding”
Pros
When we started implementing and integrating the platform I was part of building our system and seeing what happens beneath the surface completely blew my mind, the team also made the process much more manageable. I really appreciate the analytics tools, you can practically build a widget for almost any metric you need to report on which simplifies my day-to-day work. Overall it's user-friendly. Support has been excellent and responds very quickly. All in all it's a terrific system that we rely on daily and the onboarding process is much smoother because of its features since I handle onboarding and collaborate closely with the recruitment team.
Cons
What frustrates me is that the full time-to-hire from application through to when someone actually starts service can't be displayed in a widget and the reporting tools are somewhat confusing to navigate.

Personalization options are outstanding and I find setting up multiple onboarding paths, offer letters, contracts and approval workflows extremely effective for our workflow.
Cons
There aren't many downsides in my experience. The core platform and the hiring manager portal both work really well. It would be helpful if a few features from the main system were also available inside the manager portal but since this is fundamentally a database-driven platform, I understand why that kind of parity isn't feasible right now.

Ease of use for managers, candidates and the core system stands out and I find adapting processes with the team's support very easy.
Cons
One issue I've found is the vendor portal, it still needs improvement because it can make it harder to drill into the specific vacancy details and reaching out to vendors through it feels a bit awkward. Even so, this is only a minor drawback for me since the rest of the system works really well.

Exceptional customer support and no surprise fees make a difference and I find tailoring the system to diverse team needs simple.
Cons
Reporting turned out to be more complicated than it first appears and I'm still getting to grips with it. We've also run into a number of limitations that forced us to dial back some expectations, for instance, managers can't freely switch roles from internal to external which was something we had hoped to do.

Customer support is excellent and I find the team always available and helpful.
Cons
We find that some easy features we'd like to add can only be implemented at a considerable cost. For example some of our employer clients want applicants to apply through their own websites so we need the Apply button on our vacancy pages, in those cases, to link straight to the employers' recruitment site and also report how many users followed through for reporting purposes.
