Dependable ATS with flexible workflows

Pros

This platform has proven to be a dependable ATS, adapting well to complex organizational and hiring setups across multiple sites and job families and I find the configurable workflows a huge time-saver while giving clear visibility into key metrics.

Cons

Like many configurable ATS solutions I've noticed there's a learning curve for new users and a few parts of the interface aren't as convenient as I'd like. That said after it's been set up and embedded into our processes it runs smoothly and meets our needs effectively.

Cons

Outstanding customizable workflows

Pros

This tool is outstanding, offering fully customizable workflows with strong support from account managers and implementation teams who adjust to how we work and resolve any issues efficiently.

Cons

We really have almost nothing to criticize. The platform runs smoothly and quickly and it offers complete customization. I honestly can't recall a single problem we've experienced that the team didn't successfully fix so our overall experience has been trouble-free thanks to their responsiveness.

efficient automated communications

Pros

Efficiencies across the recruitment workflow have become apparent and I find automating candidate communications ensures consistency for all applicants.

Cons

We did run into some limitations around video interviewing capabilities at first which caused a few headaches for scheduling and assessment. Fortunately, the team were proactive and proposed alternative approaches that met our needs so we didn't have to compromise on candidate experience.

simple tailored workflows

Pros

Tailoring workflows for different roles, teams or departments is feasible and I rely on integrations with HRIS, payroll, job boards, assessment tools, video interviews and collaboration platforms.

Cons

I've found the reporting tools, despite being very comprehensive, are tricky to master and often take a lot of time before I can put together useful, meaningful reports.

Cons

Flexibility is impressive and I find shaping the system to my needs effortless with prompt, helpful support from the team.

Cons

There are some hurdles when configuring reports although the support team helps you get past them. In our experience candidates can progress smoothly through the platform from application to induction which provides a useful snapshot of where hiring stands at the moment. That said it does require a fair bit of initial configuration to learn how to pull together a broader view of overall performance.

User-friendly and highly customizable

Pros

Personally, I find this tool extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. What stands out for me is how customizable it is so I can adapt it to our specific workflows and requirements. It has cut down the hours we used to spend coordinating interview slots and onboarding new hires. Even though the SMS automation comes with an extra fee, I rely on it because it lets me reach candidates quickly and reliably. The team behind the product seems to think ahead, they regularly introduce thoughtful add-ons that give us more value from the platform and help us align processes even further.

Cons

One drawback I've noticed is that the reporting tools can feel a bit clunky and take some time to learn so users have to invest effort before they become comfortable with it, a more convenient reporting interface would be a real improvement. I've also run into duplicate candidate profiles fairly often, usually when applicants apply with different email addresses and that ends up making candidate management more time-consuming and less efficient for our team.

Configurable platform with excellent support

Pros

In my experience, the tool's platform is extremely configurable and the customer support has been excellent for both incident handling and requests for product enhancements. We've partnered with this vendor across several projects and consistently received the features and quality we asked for, delivered to a high standard and within the expected timelines.

Cons

One significant drawback for our team was the absence of Google integration which made it difficult to integrate workflows such as interview scheduling and other calendar-driven processes into our day-to-day business operations.

simple dashboards and workflow

Pros

From my experience, the dashboards are visually appealing and make it easy to see each stage of the recruitment workflow and I find this tool convenient to use both as someone on the recruiting team and as a hiring manager.

Cons

I've noticed candidates often get disoriented when they try to log into their portal to accept an offer because they naturally click the box labeled 'offer' expecting to be taken to their actual offer but that link doesn't lead them there and creates unnecessary confusion.

fast and genuinely user-friendly tool

Pros

The system runs incredibly quickly and feels very efficient in day-to-day use. Almost every action can be reversed and we've configured and personalised it so that it fits our business needs exactly. Overall, I find it genuinely user-friendly and easy to work with!

Cons

I don't find the candidate portal to be the most convenient. The offer is placed in a spot that's not easy to access, it would be much more logical for it to appear under "My Offers," but at the moment it doesn't which is confusing.

Impressive reporting and analytics

Pros

I'm really impressed with the reporting features. The widgets let me dig into data at a very granular level which I find incredibly useful and the activity log makes it easy to track what actions were taken. The customer success team has been fantastic, even sending screenshots showing where things live and any system errors.

Cons

What I dislike is that I can't view templates from the general search bar and instead am forced to switch to the template search view.

easy and automated hiring

Pros

it is easy and user-friendly with plenty of automation options and to me it represents a much smarter approach to hiring while supporting fair selection procedures.

Cons

Highly configurable build stage

Pros

I appreciated how configurable the platform is since I could be very specific during the build stage. The team collaborated closely with us to make sure we could deliver a finished product to the business.

Cons

We did have a slow start to the project and asked for more help. The tool responded and delivered and customer support made a big difference when he came onboard.

flexible and simple ATS

Pros

For our recruitment purposes the platform's flexibility is a big plus because we can customise it to match how we work. Compared to other ATS options I've used, it's quite convenient and helps when bringing new hiring managers up to speed. The support team are always helpful and responsive whenever we have issues.

Cons

Overall there aren't many things I dislike about it but the CV viewing feature could use some work. I frequently end up downloading applicants' CVs so I can actually read them properly which isn't ideal.

Simple and helpful candidate management

Pros

Candidate management tools simple and convenient to use. For me job distribution is easy, workflows and communication are configurable and it also includes built-in e-sign and meeting scheduling.

Cons

I find that building or understanding reports beyond the standard widgets and dashboards is often challenging and I don't always get the reportable data I'm seeking especially around time spent in workflow stages and metrics like throughput or conversion rates.

Customizable platform experience

Pros

I'm really impressed with how customizable the platform is and I can personally change or update many parts of the system myself without outside help, using it day-to-day feels easy and easy and the support team are consistently helpful and responsive, giving me a great level of service.

Cons

At times I find making changes to workflows or processes quite tricky to navigate and it can feel a bit complex though the support team are always willing and happy to step in and help me through those adjustments. I have also noticed limitations when dealing with very high volumes of candidates, adding skills to candidate profiles and with blind screening functionality.

Mind-blowing analytics and onboarding

Pros

When we started implementing and integrating the platform I was part of building our system and seeing what happens beneath the surface completely blew my mind, the team also made the process much more manageable. I really appreciate the analytics tools, you can practically build a widget for almost any metric you need to report on which simplifies my day-to-day work. Overall it's user-friendly. Support has been excellent and responds very quickly. All in all it's a terrific system that we rely on daily and the onboarding process is much smoother because of its features since I handle onboarding and collaborate closely with the recruitment team.

Cons

What frustrates me is that the full time-to-hire from application through to when someone actually starts service can't be displayed in a widget and the reporting tools are somewhat confusing to navigate.

Outstanding personalization options

Pros

Personalization options are outstanding and I find setting up multiple onboarding paths, offer letters, contracts and approval workflows extremely effective for our workflow.

Cons

There aren't many downsides in my experience. The core platform and the hiring manager portal both work really well. It would be helpful if a few features from the main system were also available inside the manager portal but since this is fundamentally a database-driven platform, I understand why that kind of parity isn't feasible right now.

Clear role visibility

Pros

The platform clearly lays out the status of every open role and I find it empowers hiring managers while customer support resolves issues quickly and efficiently.

Cons

Standard features, strong customization, a smart UI and great reporting make the tool impressive and I find ongoing support consistently excellent.

Cons

Pros

Ease of use for managers, candidates and the core system stands out and I find adapting processes with the team's support very easy.

Cons

One issue I've found is the vendor portal, it still needs improvement because it can make it harder to drill into the specific vacancy details and reaching out to vendors through it feels a bit awkward. Even so, this is only a minor drawback for me since the rest of the system works really well.

exceptional support and reliability

Pros

Exceptional customer support and no surprise fees make a difference and I find tailoring the system to diverse team needs simple.

Cons

Reporting turned out to be more complicated than it first appears and I'm still getting to grips with it. We've also run into a number of limitations that forced us to dial back some expectations, for instance, managers can't freely switch roles from internal to external which was something we had hoped to do.

Always available support!!!

Pros

Customer support is excellent and I find the team always available and helpful.

Cons

We find that some easy features we'd like to add can only be implemented at a considerable cost. For example some of our employer clients want applicants to apply through their own websites so we need the Apply button on our vacancy pages, in those cases, to link straight to the employers' recruitment site and also report how many users followed through for reporting purposes.

efficient and flexible platform

What I appreciate most about this tool is how efficient and fast it is, finding candidates feels incredibly simple. Beyond just handling applications and candidate profiles, the platform is flexible enough that I can monitor each applicant's progress and pull useful metrics. For example, I can see how many interviews were held, who was hired that week and even drill into the reasons why applicants were rejected which helps me keep the hiring process visible and measurable.

Cons

Sometimes I run into glitches in the system, like applications getting automatically rejected unexpectedly. When errors happen, I've found that fixing them often isn't easy, it usually requires escalating the issue to management before it can be reversed which slows things down and is frustrating.

Helpful customer support

Pros

What I appreciate most about this tool is their customer support team. They're always available to answer any query and do their best to help in whatever way they can. I also find it really handy that I can generate a variety of reports from the data.

Cons

When I'm screening applications the dashboard doesn't refresh in real time so I have to manually hit refresh to see the updates which slows down my workflow.

Unbeatable support and reporting

Pros

Customer support is unbeatable and I find the reporting great and the interface very user-friendly.

Cons

Personally I feel it lacks any conversational AI language features and there's a lot of potential in that area that's not being tapped. I also ran into missing integrations with certain platforms so I had to build workarounds to bridge functionality gaps.
