“Dependable ATS with flexible workflows”
Pros
This platform has proven to be a dependable ATS, adapting well to complex organizational and hiring setups across multiple sites and job families and I find the configurable workflows a huge time-saver while giving clear visibility into key metrics.
Cons
Like many configurable ATS solutions I've noticed there's a learning curve for new users and a few parts of the interface aren't as convenient as I'd like. That said after it's been set up and embedded into our processes it runs smoothly and meets our needs effectively.

Cons
We really have almost nothing to criticize. The platform runs smoothly and quickly and it offers complete customization. I honestly can't recall a single problem we've experienced that the team didn't successfully fix so our overall experience has been trouble-free thanks to their responsiveness.

Efficiencies across the recruitment workflow have become apparent and I find automating candidate communications ensures consistency for all applicants.
Cons
We did run into some limitations around video interviewing capabilities at first which caused a few headaches for scheduling and assessment. Fortunately, the team were proactive and proposed alternative approaches that met our needs so we didn't have to compromise on candidate experience.

Cons

Cons
There are some hurdles when configuring reports although the support team helps you get past them. In our experience candidates can progress smoothly through the platform from application to induction which provides a useful snapshot of where hiring stands at the moment. That said it does require a fair bit of initial configuration to learn how to pull together a broader view of overall performance.

Cons
One drawback I've noticed is that the reporting tools can feel a bit clunky and take some time to learn so users have to invest effort before they become comfortable with it, a more convenient reporting interface would be a real improvement. I've also run into duplicate candidate profiles fairly often, usually when applicants apply with different email addresses and that ends up making candidate management more time-consuming and less efficient for our team.

I've noticed candidates often get disoriented when they try to log into their portal to accept an offer because they naturally click the box labeled 'offer' expecting to be taken to their actual offer but that link doesn't lead them there and creates unnecessary confusion.

Cons
I don't find the candidate portal to be the most convenient. The offer is placed in a spot that's not easy to access, it would be much more logical for it to appear under "My Offers," but at the moment it doesn't which is confusing.

I'm really impressed with the reporting features. The widgets let me dig into data at a very granular level which I find incredibly useful and the activity log makes it easy to track what actions were taken. The customer success team has been fantastic, even sending screenshots showing where things live and any system errors.
Cons
What I dislike is that I can't view templates from the general search bar and instead am forced to switch to the template search view.
