This platform has proven to be a dependable ATS, adapting well to complex organizational and hiring setups across multiple sites and job families and I find the configurable workflows a huge time-saver while giving clear visibility into key metrics.
Cons
Like many configurable ATS solutions I've noticed there's a learning curve for new users and a few parts of the interface aren't as convenient as I'd like. That said after it's been set up and embedded into our processes it runs smoothly and meets our needs effectively.

When we started implementing and integrating the platform I was part of building our system and seeing what happens beneath the surface completely blew my mind, the team also made the process much more manageable. Support has been excellent and responds very quickly. All in all it's a terrific system that we rely on daily and the onboarding process is much smoother because of its features since I handle onboarding and collaborate closely with the recruitment team.
Cons
What frustrates me is that the full time-to-hire from application through to when someone actually starts service can't be displayed in a widget and the reporting tools are somewhat confusing to navigate.
