What I appreciate most about this tool is how efficient and fast it is, finding candidates feels incredibly simple. Beyond just handling applications and candidate profiles, the platform is flexible enough that I can monitor each applicant's progress and pull useful metrics. For example, I can see how many interviews were held, who was hired that week and even drill into the reasons why applicants were rejected which helps me keep the hiring process visible and measurable.
Cons
Sometimes I run into glitches in the system, like applications getting automatically rejected unexpectedly. When errors happen, I've found that fixing them often isn't easy, it usually requires escalating the issue to management before it can be reversed which slows things down and is frustrating.

Pros
What I appreciate most about this tool is their customer support team. They're always available to answer any query and do their best to help in whatever way they can. I also find it really handy that I can generate a variety of reports from the data.
Cons
When I'm screening applications the dashboard doesn't refresh in real time so I have to manually hit refresh to see the updates which slows down my workflow.

Pros
Customer support is unbeatable and I find the reporting great and the interface very user-friendly.
Cons
Personally I feel it lacks any conversational AI language features and there's a lot of potential in that area that's not being tapped. I also ran into missing integrations with certain platforms so I had to build workarounds to bridge functionality gaps.

The support team is extremely knowledgeable and I find their quick responses and practical solutions invaluable while configuring the platform to our needs.
Cons
There could be more personalisation in the hiring manager portal and I would like to see enhancements to the assessment area as well as the ability to conduct interviews directly within the platform.
