Pros
Candidates find the platform very convenient which makes completing pre-employment tests effortless. The support team is always helpful and quick to respond.
Cons
I wish there were additional formatting choices for how candidates can submit their answers. Also when I create written multiple-choice questions, I would appreciate greater flexibility in the options available.

Customer support is exceptional. Our rep responds quickly or brings in a colleague when necessary which I find invaluable. The platform's library includes simulated performance exams, multiple-choice items and video prompts, plus I can create custom MC questions and answer keys, giving me a great set of testing tools.
Cons
During my time with the platform, I've noticed occasional glitches that require support but because responses are fast, these haven't become major problems, however, the outdated process for reordering questions and the limited reporting layout remain frustrating for me.
