Nothing comes to mind right now. ExactHire has met and often exceeded our expectations. If they expand their services, I'd like to see them get involved in social media as a recruitment platform linked to our open positions on ExactHire.

I can message candidates and collaborate with the hiring team without leaving the ExactHire system. It saves me valuable time because everything I need during the hiring process is in one place. From the applicant's perspective, it's also a great experience. I've heard feedback from candidates saying that applying to other jobs was cumbersome and off-putting, but applying through ExactHire was smooth. This reassures me that ExactHire's software isn't discouraging candidates and helps ensure maximum participation from qualified applicants. Finally, the staff at ExactHire is unbeatable! I'd really have to think hard to find something because the ExactHire system does what we need and more. It performs very well, is cost-effective, and applicants enjoy using it. ExactHire is transparent and provides a list of upcoming features, so as our company grows, I'm confident the ExactHire platform will grow with us.
