“The only HR app you need”
Pros
Factorial HR is my go-to solution for all HR needs. As a user, I handle everything from daily time-tracking to receiving payslips directly on the platform. Our company relies heavily on Factorial. I especially love the Calendar View, which lets me see who is on leave for the month, so I can plan ahead without sending numerous emails. We also use it for quarterly reviews, where we complete surveys and provide 360 feedback. Whenever I need a document, I find it all on this platform without having to search elsewhere.
Cons
I have not come across any major issues so far. While I can see that the app might cause some limitations as a company scales, its not a concern for me at this point.

“Meets the expectations”
Pros
The payroll management feature and payroll summary are standout aspects of Factorial. All its features are excellent and easy to understand. Training new employees with Factorial HR is very easy as it guides them through each process step-by-step, which we really like.
Cons
The interface feels too simplistic and not very fast when navigating.

Pros
Factorial HR is a simple and practical app for automating various tasks. For those who frequently recruit, the software is quite useful for managing all HR-related activities with its useful features.
Cons
Personally, I find it hard to disapprove this application, but I think it would be even more useful if it could integrate with more applications or software. However, for the purpose it was designed for it works great.

“Very Easy to use and quite acurate”
Pros
It is very easy to use. Even if an employee forgets to clock in or out, I can quickly fix it with just one login.
Cons
Accessing some employee information feels like searching for an Easter egg. Once you find it, though, it is easy to return to.
