Terrible, it's surreal how you can provide these services

Pros

Bad experience really. I have not had anything good to say about this product.

Cons

We have been paying for the service but have had no access; our account has been blocked for several days and our client support has not resolved the issue.

Pure disappointment - hidden costs

Pros

In theory, the system should be functional if it delivered on its promises. However, due to the many individual company setups, it does not display everything correctly and thus is not very usable. Despite its potential with interesting features, we have had to abandon it because the recruiting system and support (which has been unresponsive) failed.

Cons

The software is very inflexible. There is no way to customize it and programming interfaces are either very costly or involve hidden fees for job postings through Join, as it must be used as an intermediary or requires custom programming.

Great HR and performance tracker

Pros

Initially I was reluctant but I like Factorial for its employee management capabilities, including profile creation and payroll management. It excellently tracks tasks for performance-related bonuses.

Cons

In my opinion, the dashboard could be made more user-friendly.

Factorial has been a time-saving routine for me through automation. It not only offers user-friendly features but also provides all the necessary HR tools for building an intuitive HR process. Cons

The software was well-marketed and seemed appealing during the sales pitch, but it quickly proved to be less functional than expected.

Cons

Pros

I feel the product was oversold and was a major disappointment upon arrival.

Cons

There is no API integration with any other software. After-sales service is either non-existent or poor. Customer service is lacking and there was a lot of misleading information and overselling, which made re-entering data a waste of time.

Avoid Factorial HR. A terrible experience

Pros

Kinda feel "ripped off" by Factorial and question their business ethics.

Cons

Our experience with Factorial HR was terrible and very poor. Over the first six months, we had four different success managers which indicates they could not retain their staff. To make matters worse, the product was completely oversold, and we discovered during implementation that its promised features were not available. Support was slow and getting help outside of Europe was nearly impossible. Complaints were met with unfulfilled promises.

Half Baked Features but worth the money

Pros

The user interface is excellent, and it is relatively easy to set up. The support team was also very helpful.

Cons
