We have been paying for the service but have had no access; our account has been blocked for several days and our client support has not resolved the issue.

“Pure disappointment - hidden costs

Pros

In theory, the system should be functional if it delivered on its promises. However, due to the many individual company setups, it does not display everything correctly and thus is not very usable. Despite its potential with interesting features, we have had to abandon it because the recruiting system and support (which has been unresponsive) failed.

Cons

The software is very inflexible. There is no way to customize it and programming interfaces are either very costly or involve hidden fees for job postings through Join, as it must be used as an intermediary or requires custom programming.

“Great HR and performance tracker

Pros

Initially I was reluctant but I like Factorial for its employee management capabilities, including profile creation and payroll management. It excellently tracks tasks for performance-related bonuses.

Cons

In my opinion, the dashboard could be made more user-friendly.

Factorial has been a time-saving routine for me through automation. It not only offers user-friendly features but also provides all the necessary HR tools for building an intuitive HR process. The shift management feature is particularly desirable, simplifying our scheduling tasks. The integration capabilities are impressive as well.

Cons

In my experience, I haven't encountered any issues. All my expectations have been met, and I am excited for future accomplishments.

I was not satisfied with the customer support, especially during the implementation phase. The integration process was also challenging.

The software was well-marketed and seemed appealing during the sales pitch, but it quickly proved to be less functional than expected.

The issues I faced included difficulties with implementation and training, poor customer support, unfulfilled promises made during sales, lack of automation requiring manual tasks and long wait times when paid services didn't function.

It is a bit on the expensive side, but there is nothing else major to worry about.

I feel the product was oversold and was a major disappointment upon arrival.

There is no API integration with any other software. After-sales service is either non-existent or poor. Customer service is lacking and there was a lot of misleading information and overselling, which made re-entering data a waste of time.

Kinda feel "ripped off" by Factorial and question their business ethics.

Our experience with Factorial HR was terrible and very poor. Over the first six months, we had four different success managers which indicates they could not retain their staff. To make matters worse, the product was completely oversold, and we discovered during implementation that its promised features were not available. Support was slow and getting help outside of Europe was nearly impossible. Complaints were met with unfulfilled promises.

Most modules lack necessary features and there are unnecessary features that just add to the confusion.

The interface is very simple, minimalist, and easy to navigate. It is the best way to check in and track time when working from home. Managing absences is also a simple task.

There are frequent server outages that prevent me from starting the work timer until the issue is resolved. Additionally, any extra hours or minutes worked do not carry over to the next month.

The softwares ease of use is fantastic, and it provides solutions for everything I need: recruitment and candidate sequencing, file management, job loss evaluations, and candidate management.

Sometimes there are system crashes and it takes a few minutes before it starts working again.

Factorial HR is my go-to solution for all HR needs. As a user, I handle everything from daily time-tracking to receiving payslips directly on the platform. Our company relies heavily on Factorial. I especially love the Calendar View, which lets me see who is on leave for the month, so I can plan ahead without sending numerous emails. We also use it for quarterly reviews, where we complete surveys and provide 360 feedback. Whenever I need a document, I find it all on this platform without having to search elsewhere.

Cons

I have not come across any major issues so far. While I can see that the app might cause some limitations as a company scales, its not a concern for me at this point.

The payroll management feature and payroll summary are standout aspects of Factorial. All its features are excellent and easy to understand. Training new employees with Factorial HR is very easy as it guides them through each process step-by-step, which we really like.

The interface feels too simplistic and not very fast when navigating.
