“Lets staff manage their shifts on the go
Pros
It's an easy way to handle our organization's rota and team. My staff members really enjoy using this app to manage their shifts while they're out and about.
Cons
It could use some improvements for mobile friendliness and smoother movement across the app. Making it a bit more user-friendly would help, although most of the other features are fine for me.

“Doesn�t need much assistance to run
Pros
It makes putting together staff rosters very easy and comfortable, taking the stress out of scheduling. I also find it super convenient to use and it generally runs smoothly without needing much support.
Cons
Every so often I have trouble downloading the roster in Excel format when I choose custom date ranges which can be frustrating.

“missing features create manual work
Pros
The user interface felt simple and I found the Shifts feature easy to follow which made it easy for me to monitor progress plus monthly and weekly hours, overall a positive experience.
Cons
I ran into a few missing features that made things complex. I couldn't capture employees' locations and staff couldn't update their availability on the fly so we ended up entering data manually for many shifts which became quite time-consuming and frustrating to manage overall

“Expensive compared to alternatives
Pros
I've been using it for some time and I'm pretty comfortable with its features. I likely only use around half of what it can actually do and it handles the tasks I need very well.
Cons
Price is really the issue for me. I've compared it to other options and honestly the fees feel pretty steep. Several colleagues in my field have switched to different platforms and I've seriously considered following suit. The only reason I haven't made the change yet is because of the time it would take and the fact that everything is already set up here. I'll probably look to move next year.

“Can get help via Whatsapp and Phone
Pros
I had help available over WhatsApp and by phone which was useful whenever I ran into any confusion. I was also able to run reports without trouble. We will definitely be continuing with this software.
Cons
the only drawback is having to wait for a callback when something went wrong. I would have preferred someone to be immediately available to help, even if it meant a brief hold.

Found it really handy for keeping track of shifts and annual leave. My team and I have relied on it for about eight years and we're planning to keep using it as we move into the next phase of services we commission.
Cons
Because of the way our services operate, I sometimes find the advanced features tricky to work with so in practice we stick to the basic functions only.

It is really easy to use and it consistently makes sure staff are informed about duty changes in a timely way. It also includes a broadcast-style messaging feature that lets me contact all staff members at once.
Cons
Unfortunately, my company doesn't support using this system and favors relying on Excel spreadsheets instead. I find those spreadsheets unwieldy, hard to use and overall complex.

It has really made my life easier by handling staff shifts and simplifying how I manage them so I'm not constantly being called to ask when my next shift is. The support team is well-trained and knowledgeable.
Cons
I'd like the geofence feature to display when my team completes patrols, since we work in security and need hourly patrol checks to be visible.

Pros
I find it simple to set up for team members as the layout is user-friendly, logging in is simple and reminders are presented clearly.
Cons
The holiday part for staff feels less clear than it should, getting confusing around bank holidays. I found it doesn't state days are automatically deducted unless you tick a box, the logic should be reversed. I also hate that my holiday allowance isn't visible on my phone so I have to log into a PC.

“Issues with payroll integration
Pros
Appreciate being able to plan schedules across multiple teams and departments. The software is really simple for me to use.
Cons
Our payroll system doesn't sync well with it so our payroll tasks are tedious. We wish the activity log would accept a date range instead of clicking through each date separately. I also want staff to set a default availability instead of the system assuming everyone is always available. That would make scheduling casual and on-call team members much easier for our casual and rotating workforce.

“Easy to schedule and swap shifts
Pros
Its very simple to schedule shifts, swap them around and set up repeating patterns using templates. The drag-and-drop functionality and the reporting tools are also really useful.
Cons
It's not strictly a criticism but I wish the exported reports included a clear header so their purpose is obvious. At the moment I have to download them into Excel, add a title, save the file and only then send it on to our accountants for payroll. I'd also appreciate being able to log absences as a percentage rather than being limited to the Bradford Factor option.

This has made our everyday workflow much smoother. I'm a fan of being able to colour-code shifts, it lets me clearly view everyone's timetables together in one screen.
Cons
I find when I copy and paste an item, it changes the font colour of items already present in the box.

We enjoy how simple the dashboard is, from managing staff and sites to tracking pay rates, everything is easy to follow. Our team also frequently uses the mobile app which is user-friendly and simple to get around.
Cons
I'd like to see a built-in check-call feature added to the system. It could require staff to acknowledge the app while they're on shift at hourly intervals or at whatever frequency we set and if someone misses a check-in an automatic alert would be sent to managers or the control room to prompt a response.

We really like this app because it lets us manage our team's clock-ins and clock-outs effortlessly, keeping administrative overhead to an absolute minimum.

The interface is really tidy, uncluttered and I've had no trouble locating any information. Even as someone who opened it for the first time, I found everything quickly.
Cons
I notice that occasionally some of the information shown isn't accurate, although a simple refresh usually fixes it. I'd like to see live updates so data corrects itself automatically and it would be great if they offered a way to message or interact with staff directly.

Using it on my phone or desktop feels simple and it comes packed with useful features. I find it simple to manage, change and update shifts which really helps make monthly payroll easier to handle.
Cons

I've found it very simple to use and the recent update has improved the look considerably. The interface feels well-organized, more like a spreadsheet which makes finding things easy and quick.
Cons
It doesn't include built-in onboarding, employee record management or any compliance documentation. The app's interface is somewhat pared down so managers get fewer tools, no full schedule editing or comprehensive reporting features.
