Its not hard at all for my team to access and use the app.
Cons
As a manager, I find it quite clunky to accept or add shifts and the appearance can look strange sometimes because colours don't always save properly.

“Centralized solution!
Pros
Everything is organised in one central spot. Team members can submit requests for annual leave. It makes working out the hours everyone has worked very simple.
Cons
At the moment I can't think of any issues. We've been using it for several years and during that time we've expanded how we use it across the business. Between the different features I've configured and the way the system scales, it fits our company's needs very well.

Pros
Overall, I'm really happy with the app and how it works. Its features are practical and I find it easy to use and to walk staff through when explaining how everything operates.
Cons
Occasionally I run into a small glitch on Android where clocking in and out doesn't work smoothly and I wish the staff reporting was a bit clearer.

“love the email forwarding and app notifications

What I really appreciate is being able to forward everything straight to my email, plus it notifies me via the app.
Cons
Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the service. However, when I cancelled my subscription, I felt frustrated because I couldn't retrieve data from previous weeks even though I'd already paid for the access but thankfully customer support resolved the issue for me.
