Pros
I love being able to see my work schedule, request time off, message coworkers and managers and switch shifts with others. The layout is also very simple and easy to navigate on both the website and app.
Cons
My only complaint is that the app has a paywall. I wish it did not.

Pros
Fourth Payroll is very simple and easy to use. The scheduling feature is probably my favorite part. The layout is visually appealing and easy to understand. The app is also convenient for use on the go.
Cons
Inputting data can be time-consuming and updates can be a bit annoying. I am really nitpicking here, though, as the platform is mostly positive for me.

The software includes all the necessary features for restaurant scheduling. I can administrator working each shift and get notified when the schedule is posted. It also makes requesting time off simple without needing to talk to someone directly.
Cons
I have not had any problems with this software so far.

“The best in the business”
Pros
RELIABILITY is promised with Fourth Pay. It never crashes, and support is always helpful. The scheduler features are the best out there. Templates for quick entries are excellent for weekly use and color coding makes my life so much easier. Everything is transparent, with every action documented.
Cons
The software takes some getting used to and learning because its quite complex. Once you master the hotkeys, it becomes easier. Make sure you have a powerful computer; it requires a lot of real-time processing.

Pros
I used this software when I worked as a server at Cheddars Scratch Kitchen and it made managing my schedule and handling shift trades, drops or pickups much easier. It was really simple to use and understand.
Cons
Occasionally, there is a delay on the app that made me late to drop or pick up shifts but this only happened sometimes.

A lot of useful templates for recording personnel records, along with powerful automation features like sick pay and holiday calculations and employee checklists. The payroll integration was excellent as well.
Cons
Unfortunately, we found the software to be very slow and glitchy, often requiring us to refresh the webpage or having trouble loading properly.

Having worked in restaurants in the late '90s and 2000s, this app feels like a dream come true. It is amazing to be able to view my schedule, swap shifts and send messages to staff all in one place.
Cons
I dislike not being able to request time off past a certain point (less than three weeks before the shift, I think). But this is probably more of a restaurant policy issue than an app problem.

Fourth Pay simplifies the whole scheduling process with transparency and I don't have to call or text my managers for anything. Switching shifts with coworkers is easy.
Cons
There is not much to dislike. The security measures can be a bit too much at times, but I did prefer it over the alternative.

The best feature of this product is its ease of use. Its simple for both managers and employees. The step by step instructions for creating and using the account are very helpful.
Cons
The worst aspect of this product is its customer service. It can be very difficult to get in touch with someone and it takes days, if not weeks for service tickets to be addressed.

Fourth Payroll is user-friendly and keeps my schedule easily accessible. Balancing two jobs is tough and this software helps me keep my availability updated and make necessary changes. Being able to pick up shifts without making phone calls is fantastic. I highly recommend it for any company that needs to schedule many employees.

I think there are some visual issues like how things appear on the mobile app, that could use an update.

“The Problem with Fourth Payroll”
Pros
The updates are active and responsive, keeping me informed of any changes or modifications to my schedule. Overall, its a problem-free experience with very few bugs or glitches.
Cons
There is a lack of consistency between the different versions of the app, aside from the underwhelming user interface. The constant log-outs are annoying, even though they are a security measure. Most importantly, employees have to pay to access their schedule in a usable way.

Pros
Fourth Payroll is the best. I just log into the app and see what I need. This simplicity is all I require. Unlike many apps that make you jump through hoops to view your schedule or request time off, Fourth Payroll does not. If you're a manager handling scheduling for any size business, I highly recommend Fourth Payroll. You won't be disappointed.
Cons
Since I started using the app, my only complaint has been getting signed out randomly. I think this might be due to using an iPhone, but I am not sure if Android or other devices have the same issue.
