Pros

I find it much easier to share my schedule, get real-time updates on my employees availability, plan days off and approve or deny swaps and shift releases. This tool significantly simplifies my work.

Cons

It takes some time to set up a new user and sometimes my employees face issues where their accounts appear blocked (though they can access it using an incognito browser). Additionally, the system often prompts them to change their passwords daily after logging in.

Very user friendly
Pros

I do not remember the scheduling system my previous employer used, but Fourth is vastly superior. I can easily view my schedule, even though I alternate between two shift patterns. My favorite feature of Fourth, as an employee is how simple it is to request time off and check my holiday allowance and usage. I would not want to use any other scheduling system now.

Cons

If I book holiday time for the upcoming allowance year (e.g., April 2024 when it is currently March 2024), I cannot see my remaining holiday balance until the new year starts. However, I can still work it out by checking the dates I have booked or requested off, so its manageable.

Fourth Payroll for the win
Pros

I loved being able to access my schedule from anywhere through mobile access. Being able to check my work schedule while on the go makes my life much more convenient. Plus, easily rescheduling or adjusting shifts with others makes this product top-notch.

Cons

I did not dislike anything about Fourth Payroll, but there was one feature I did not use: the time clock. This was simply because my company used a different method for clocking in.

Fourth Payroll, Cool Features
Pros

The PC design and Cellular App work well together, with real-time updates and changes reflecting instantly across both platforms. Navigating Fourth Payroll is easy, thanks to its user-friendly layout and page designs. Although it's already quite effective, I am sure they will keep refining even the smallest details. While reviewing real-time updated scheduling information is central to this program, the ability to send and receive messages about important changes, requests and responses between colleagues is fantastic.

Cons

In my personal and professional experience with Fourth Payroll, I have few negative things to report. While working at a ski resort in the mountains, the only drawbacks were related to our unreliable internet connection, not the software itself. Occasionally, the internet would be overloaded by guests, causing delays in system updates. This issue was more about the internet connection than the Fourth Payroll program.

Fourth Payroll is the best system used, and it is very easy to use and navigate. Switching shifts or requesting time off is simple and I can send messages directly to management from the app, which is very helpful.

Cons

While the messaging feature is extremely helpful, it sometimes fails to send notifications when a message is received. However, you can still find alternate contact information within the app to reach someone outside of it if needed.

Pros

RELIABILITY is promised with Fourth Pay. It never crashes, and support is always helpful. The scheduler features are the best out there. Templates for quick entries are excellent for weekly use and color coding makes my life so much easier. Everything is transparent, with every action documented.

Cons

The software takes some getting used to and learning because its quite complex. Once you master the hotkeys, it becomes easier. Make sure you have a powerful computer; it requires a lot of real-time processing.

Cons

The updates are active and responsive, keeping me informed of any changes or modifications to my schedule. Overall, its a problem-free experience with very few bugs or glitches.

Cons

There is a lack of consistency between the different versions of the app, aside from the underwhelming user interface. The constant log-outs are annoying, even though they are a security measure. Most importantly, employees have to pay to access their schedule in a usable way.

The Best App In Its Category
Pros

Fourth Payroll is the best. I just log into the app and see what I need. This simplicity is all I require. Unlike many apps that make you jump through hoops to view your schedule or request time off, Fourth Payroll does not. If you're a manager handling scheduling for any size business, I highly recommend Fourth Payroll. You won't be disappointed.

Cons

Since I started using the app, my only complaint has been getting signed out randomly. I think this might be due to using an iPhone, but I am not sure if Android or other devices have the same issue.

Fourth Payroll revolutionized the restaurant industry when it launched. With over 10 years in the industry, I saw firsthand how it changed things. Before, we had to wait for a photo of our schedules, which sometimes led to missed shifts or difficulties in covering shifts. With Fourth Payroll, you always know when your shift is, and you get reminders. If you need to cover a shift, you simply post it. Its a secure way to ensure everyone is accountable for their work.

Cons

The only issue I had when I first started using Fourth Payroll was figuring out how to update my availability. Once someone showed me, it became simple for me to understand.

I love Fourth Payroll. I would be lost without it. I use it every day to view my schedule, find my coworkers contact info and message them all at once.
