Pros

This software eliminates the guesswork. Also it is easy to understand and handles tasks related to calendars, scheduling and attendance.

Cons

Sometimes things have to be done manually, but honestly, it is not a huge issue. I did rather handle removing an employee manually than deal with errors that require manual fixes later.

Fourth Payroll is so easy to use

Pros

Fourth Payroll revolutionized the restaurant industry when it launched. With over 10 years in the industry, I saw firsthand how it changed things. Before, we had to wait for a photo of our schedules, which sometimes led to missed shifts or difficulties in covering shifts. With Fourth Payroll, you always know when your shift is, and you get reminders. If you need to cover a shift, you simply post it. Its a secure way to ensure everyone is accountable for their work.

Cons

The only issue I had when I first started using Fourth Payroll was figuring out how to update my availability. Once someone showed me, it became simple for me to understand.

This software was a game changer the moment I started using it in the restaurant industry. Previously, I often found myself in situations where I relied on a coworkers verbal promise to switch shifts, only to end up responsible when they did not show up. Enter Fourth Payroll a tool designed to prevent such issues. It not only lets me manage my schedule even in emergencies but also ensures that any shift changes are communicated up to the highest management. It is an intuitive, life-changing software that I wish every company would adopt.

Cons

I am honestly struggling to think of any negatives from my experience with Fourth Payroll. It never let me down. It allowed people to pick up shifts voluntarily, reducing the need to single out a coworker and putting the opportunity up for any team member to take.

The Ease of Fourth Payroll

Pros

The mobile app is very user-friendly, easy to navigate for both tech-savvy individuals and those who are not. Quick access to information, the ability to contact employees and its daily use in operations help maintain productivity in high-volume, fast-paced environments without any delays.

Cons

Occasionally, updates can remove features that I have found very helpful after regular use. I did like to see Fourth Payroll include a communication piece asking users for feedback on the latest updates and whether they like them.

Necessary for every shift based job

Pros

I love Fourth Payroll. I would be lost without it. I use it every day to view my schedule, find my coworkers contact info and message them all at once. I can also email my managers, adjust my availability and quickly cover shifts with email proof. I absolutely love it and cannot imagine working somewhere that does not use it.

Cons

I wish I could copy my existing availability settings and make changes instead of having to redo everything from scratch.

Online scheduling is essential for our operations size. Fourth Payroll messaging feature ensures clear communication with large groups of employees. The reporting and data capabilities are crucial for us and we use Fourth Payroll multiple times a day.
