Before, we had to wait for a photo of our schedules, which sometimes led to missed shifts or difficulties in covering shifts. With Fourth Payroll, you always know when your shift is, and you get reminders. If you need to cover a shift, you simply post it. Its a secure way to ensure everyone is accountable for their work.

The only issue I had when I first started using Fourth Payroll was figuring out how to update my availability. Once someone showed me, it became simple for me to understand.

I am honestly struggling to think of any negatives from my experience with Fourth Payroll. It never let me down. It allowed people to pick up shifts voluntarily, reducing the need to single out a coworker and putting the opportunity up for any team member to take.

Occasionally, updates can remove features that I have found very helpful after regular use. I did like to see Fourth Payroll include a communication piece asking users for feedback on the latest updates and whether they like them.

I love Fourth Payroll. I would be lost without it. I use it every day to view my schedule, find my coworkers contact info and message them all at once. I can also email my managers, adjust my availability and quickly cover shifts with email proof. I absolutely love it and cannot imagine working somewhere that does not use it.
