“High FX charges and poor customer service
Pros
I was hoping it would work great but unfortunately, it's far from what I expected.
Cons
Everything about it is terrible but the FX charges are crazy and customer service is nonexistent.

“great functionality but slow support
Pros
The platform really seems like it should be a great fit for us. It has almost all the features we need and looks like it can help us align a lot of our processes. However we have just started using it, so I am eager to see how it performs over time. So far the functionality is there and it's pretty easy to use.
Cons
customer support is really lacking. They just keep sending me article after article but none of them answer the question I actually asked.

“very disappointing experience
Pros
We decided to go with it as an alternative to hiring directly in several European countries. After a series of demos, showcasing their services and products, we were pretty excited and ready to partner with them. It seemed like a promising collaboration at the time and SAS was happy to cooperate with it. But after working with them for a year, the experience has not been as smooth as we expected. We have heard a lot of mixed feedback from our colleagues and based on our own experience, we found some things falling short. It's been a bit disappointing overall and I think theres room for improvement.
Cons
You never really get to meet their employees. After a demo and a quick session where they show you what's available, they basically disappear. Everything needs a ticket to get done. It feels like working with a machine that has no feelings. They hire and fire people with almost no interaction and we had issues with payroll. I had to remind them several times about payments that were not made on time and they didn't follow local laws.

“Quick response but new hire struggles
Pros
Even though we don't have a local entity in some of the countries we are working in, it has helped us out a lot with hiring locally. They have also provided valuable local policy and HR advice. I really appreciate how quick they are to respond to any questions or concerns. Whenever I need information or help, I don't have to wait long for a reply which makes a huge difference. It's been a smooth experience in terms of getting the support we need when we need it.
Cons
New hires have trouble submitting expenses and other things. It doesn't really create the best experience for new employees.

Pros
Accessing and downloading employee reports and bills through the platform is incredibly easy. They have also done a great job improving payment reconciliation especially when it comes to direct debit payments. Now, I can see a detailed breakdown of each invoice which really clears up any confusion. It's been really helpful in understanding the payment process and ensures that everything is accurate and transparent.
Cons
billing system could be better. The invoice structure is not really helpful for entering them into our accounting system. It would be great if the total GP fees were broken down into two parts: one for the cost of employment and platform access and another for the payroll services. It'd also be useful if we could download an expense report with a breakdown of the expenses alongside the invoice.

“Great customer success
Pros
one of the things I am most impressed by is G-P's customer service and how they manage their SLAs on tickets. They have assigned me a dedicated Customer Success Manager who works hard to make sure my experience is smooth and collaborative. Whenever we have our monthly check-ins or quarterly reviews, they really listen to our feedback and act on it. It feels like they genuinely care about improving our experience with them which makes the whole process much more rewarding.
Cons
They should provide more data and insights for compensation benchmarking to help us make better decisions. Also, the admin portal could use more self-serve reporting features so we don't have to open a ticket for every little request.

“Privacy concerns & slow ticket resolution
Pros
I am using one main website that collects a lot of personal information. While it's understandable for the platform to gather certain data, it does raise concerns about privacy. I just wish there was more transparency or better controls to manage how my information is being used. It's a small issue but it's something that I've noticed and would love to see addressed in future updates.
Cons
I have a few concerns about how things are handled. They require personal IDs to be sent over and mention that they might share personal information with third parties. Support tickets even critical ones can be slow to resolve and sometimes they get closed before the issue is fully fixed. The contract was also provided as a scanned image, which makes it difficult to search or translate. On top of that, salary-related issues move slowly and too many people end up involved in the process.

“Clear invoices but hard to find info
Pros
I've found that G-P's invoices are clear and easy to follow. I no longer have to dig through complicated paperwork to understand what I'm being charged for. Plus submitting variable earnings is super simple... it doesn't feel like a effort anymore. The whole process is pretty aligned and I appreciate that they have made it easier for users like me to handle. It just saves a lot of time and stress.
Cons
It's hard to find information and raising a support desk ticket is a challenge. Feedback is often slow. We sometimes get dunning letters even though we have made the payment. For example, they recorded a $20 bank charge as a withheld payment.

“Quick hr responses
Pros
whenever I have any questions for HR, I know I can raise them and expect a response shortly after. It's nice knowing that I am not left waiting for long periods of time. The HR team is always quick to address any concerns I might have and that makes a huge difference in maintaining a good workflow. I feel like they are always on top of things which gives me confidence in the support we are receiving.

“Excellent recruitment tool
Pros
My recruitment process with it was incredibly fast and easy and I was able to do everything online, including signing the contract. It was all paperless, which was a big bonus for me. Everything I needed, from payment information to documentation was easily accessible and I received updates directly to my email once payments were processed. One time I had a question, raised a support ticket and got a resolution on the same day! Their support team was excellent. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to recruitment and onboarding. I am really happy with how smooth and efficient the whole process was. Happy New Year to the team and I hope they keep up the amazing work!
Cons
Nothing major but I did notice that the website is not very accessible when I try to use it on my iPhone.

“simplifies hiring for us
Pros
What I really like about it is how they simplify the global hiring process. It can be such a headache handling compliance, payroll and legal requirements across different countries but it takes care of all that for us. They have made the process a lot easier and I don't have to worry about staying on top of complex regulations in multiple countries. They handle it all which frees us up to focus on other important parts of our business. It's definitely one of the biggest selling points for me.
Cons
The biggest downside with it is that their support can be slow to respond, which causes delays in resolving urgent issues.

Pros
They have a great process for responding to employee queries. Everything gets sorted quickly and the Human Resources team is always really helpful.
Cons
I had trouble getting clear responses on finance and tax-related topics when trying to figure things out for a new country of residence. I wish it was more detailed and easier to understand so employees can adapt and learn the rules faster.

“Amazing platform
Pros
support team is amazing! The platform is awesome too, it lets me submit tickets, claim expenses and request time off without any issue. Plus all their policies are right there on the platform if I ever need to check them out.

“smooth integration

The integration process was super smooth. Their service is top-notch ...they are responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful. The online portal is easy to use and they offer everything we need in the countries where we require support.
Cons
only issue we had during the implementation was with one of our internal processes and setting up banking details for IC hires. It was not really a G-P problem but rather something on our end. They worked with us to figure out a workaround that worked for everyone.

“Total letdown..ahhh... terrible support

Honestly, there's nothing I like about it. It's been a total letdown.
Cons
They straight up lied to us during the sales calls. They told us one thing about submitting time off, expenses and everything else, but when we tried to use them, we were told, "That's not available in your country and we have no plans to make it available." As an employee, you'll end up managing your own time, expenses and time off manually. Also don't expect support from someone who knows your local laws or speaks your language...they just use international employees who often give wrong information. We have had salary issues twice this year. The first time they didn't pay the full amount and it took two weeks of emails to get it back. The second time, they paid late and blamed the bank. I also asked for local payments before signing the contract, but they didn't follow through. Customer support is terrible, with a lack of understanding and empathy. Everything is a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and look for another EOR solution.

It supports all the countries where we need to onboard employees, so we don't have to deal with different arrangements for each one. It's all centralized and simple.
Cons
While we might save money handling employees directly in each country, I still think the value we get from it is definitely worth it.

Pros
Customer service is amazing! Our customer success manager is always so responsive and knows their stuff. The website is easy to use and I can quickly find employment requirements for any country. Onboarding is smooth too, adding new professionals is super easy aswell.
Cons
you need to know your boundaries when negotiating with professionals. it will take care of the details, so as the client, you should let them do what they do best.
