It had the basic things I need to create a page, though I ran into some limitations. For example, I wasn't able to upload photos easily which was a minor frustration.

I find the review management confusing and the website loads slowly. For small companies, there are fewer reviews which limits usefulness.

Not a con but I noticed that to read reviews for a company I'm interested in, I first had to leave a review myself. This was frustrating when my company wasn't listed. It made me question whether some users leave reviews just to gain access.

It's not ideal for sourcing via keywords or Boolean searches but I understand that's not its main purpose.

It has no strong competitors and the largest community base. So it is very useful for me when looking for jobs, preparing for interviews, or researching companies.

The usability could be improved. For example, clicking on Salaries sometimes defaults to the USA regardless of my location and some tabs show submitted numbers that aren't accurate. If this tool weren't so dominant, I might switch.

Generating campaign links is easy and automated and I can easily customize the employer brand within the portal.

I've seen limited support when employees abuse the platform. In multiple cases, single users posted fake reviews and it took weeks to have them removed. I understand the need to protect honest feedback but employers should also be supported in these situations.

The salary database can be inconsistent. The user experience is difficult, search and filters are hard to use, dropdowns for locations are clunky and switching between domains often causes problems.
