Honestly I really appreciate how simple the platform's setup is. My team can jump in, find their way around, pull up reports without trouble and handle billing tasks smoothly. I also like our customer service rep, she's fantastic!

Working with your team has been incredibly easy, my colleagues and I find everyone pleasant and helpful. We've had every issue we've raised addressed and I feel like you genuinely listen to our concerns.
Cons
I recommended your product to a neighboring school but sadly you weren't able to match the pricing they were offered and that school ended up choosing a different vendor. I felt a bit taken aback because the whole setup process with you was so smooth and pleasant.

Pros
What I appreciate most for our company is being able to run background checks remotely. I also find it incredibly user-friendly for both our team and applicants, with fast turnaround times and easy reporting that together make this tool excellent for our hiring workflow.
Cons
Since we have a lot of staff who must carry Department of Transportation cards due to driving and shipping goods across state lines, I would really like to see DOT card support added to this tool's feature set, it would be a valuable enhancement for us.

Overall I'm really pleased with the service and I found the only tricky part was handling driver consent for out-of-state employees � I would have appreciated a more detailed email explaining that step.
Cons
It comes across as redundant when I'm asked how I'm going to use the reports. Almost every time I log in I have to acknowledge something and that repeated prompt gets annoying.

Accessing the chat room for quick answers is simple and I find the platform very user-friendly overall.
Cons
For candidates who need a re-run of their background check because the original has expired, I've found it really frustrating how hard it is for them to submit the required consent form. On top of that, over the past few years the company changed the pricing structure and we weren't informed at all, we only discovered the new charges when we went to purchase additional credits.

Setting up the integration was really simple and I find the notifications, simple interface and easy workflow particularly helpful.
Cons
To be honest there's nothing about this service that bothers me. I've worked with other background screening providers at past employers and none were as easy to navigate or delivered screening results as quickly as this platform.
