Pros
For me it's an extremely budget-friendly tool that delivers dependable background information quickly and reliably. What really stands out is how it aligns and manages our entire onboarding workflow from initial research to final approvals making the process much simpler and more cohesive for everyone involved. It's affordable, efficient and surprisingly powerful for the price.
Cons
I truly don't have any complaints to share about it. Nothing stands out as a dislike from my experience.

Pros
It's very easy to access and use and simple from the very first login. I can quickly teach others how to operate it often with just a brief walkthrough or a simple guide and they're up and running with confidence almost immediately. That ease of adoption has been a huge time-saver for our team.
Cons
The pricing seemed slightly unusual to me yet I found it to be worth the value eventually

I really appreciate that their fees are noticeably cheaper than many other providers and I find the interface easy and simple to get around.
Cons
We haven't found their background checks to be very reliable particularly after moving from Checkr which handled things better for us. Overall our experience has been disappointing because the system ends up pushing most of the verification workload onto the candidates themselves.

Pros
Implementing background checks and screenings with this system is incredibly easy and feasible. Over the course of more than two years I've only reached out to support a single time which turned out to be my mistake and they responded promptly, fixed the issue and guided me through the correction.
Cons
Honestly I can't point to any downsides from my experience, the product has consistently done exactly what it's supposed to in a very easy way every time I've used it.

Using it I'm able to easily set things up and send information to a new hire, it also keeps me in the loop about the expected timeline for when everything will be wrapped up.
Cons
From my perspective we can't technically hold this tool accountable for fraudulent data the same way we can with E-Verify or other official programs.

One of the things I appreciate about this app is that candidates can input their own details which cuts down a lot of work for our team. I also find the interface very simple and easy to navigate so it's quick to understand and use.
Cons
We're held back by the requirement of a Social Security number to run background checks and I also find the whole background-check process takes longer than I'd like which slows hiring down.

What I appreciate most about this software is how easy it is to use. On top of that, deliveries are fast, usually they turn things around within a single day.
Cons
I wasn't clearly informed about the two different payment options by customer support. She omitted that I could either pay a one-time $300 fee so they handle collections from candidates, or choose to be billed directly and pay monthly for candidates. I only found this out when the first invoice arrived. After customer support reached out about the service, I replied with the email thread and told him I was disappointed but nobody else at the company has followed up or explained the situation to me. That lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and out of the loop.

I appreciated that an independent company focused on getting me verified quickly and I found the process very efficient.
Cons
When any of my details didn't line up exactly, my submission would get kicked back and if my references missed a call I ended up getting flagged. It became a real hassle keeping my employer info, the background check and all the dates consistent and I ran into trouble once when I accidentally entered the wrong end date for a job.

this platform has a clean, easy-to-use interface and I find that results come back fast while candidates stay informed throughout.
Cons
from my perspective the basic check doesn't give much detail although there are plenty of extra checks you can add to tailor the screening to your needs. My problem is that those add-ons quickly drive up the overall price which becomes expensive faster than I'd expected.
