My favorite part is that payroll runs on autopilot... once it's set up, it handles payroll automatically so I don't have to keep managing payroll details over and over.

Cons

The one thing I like least is that the support team isn't available 24/7 so if something comes up outside business hours, I have to wait.

Pros

It's simple to use even if payroll isn't your thing at all. Navigation feels clean and adaptive and it's been the best payroll option I've seen for small businesses because it takes care of the heavy lifting and keeps everything organized in one place. Customer support has also been a huge win, responses are immediate and the team actually chats with you right away. They come across as sharp and genuinely helpful. Also, the workflow feels organized and updated for current needs, including automating the paperwork required for the CARES Act as soon as it was released. Getting started was quick too and overall it makes payroll feel a lot more manageable than you'd expect.

Cons

I haven't tested how well it works once a business becomes very large since I've only used it in smaller settings. It's unclear whether the same approach stays as effective for bigger organizations with more complex payroll needs.

Being able to serve your company in a bunch of different ways, beyond just offering an internet-friendly experience, is the real win here. It feels like the platform can support more than one need which makes it more useful as your business grows.

This tool does a great job highlighting every single benefit for employees, medical and health benefits, along with salary and a bunch of smaller incentives that the team genuinely appreciates. The management culture feels solid and it helps mentally align employees with the hospital's goals so they stay motivated and work honestly for the hospital's growth. Overall, this software makes the management side of running my hospital much more tension-free which lets me focus on the more important parts of the day-to-day.

Cons

A bit pricey but over time it has proven worth it so there isn't much to complain about. One thing I've noticed is that the UI can be slightly unresponsive at times.

Affordable pricing, simple setup and reliable login authentication stood out right away. The customer service has been solid and the platform also integrates with our bookkeeping/accounting system which matters a lot for a small nonprofit. We can handle contractor payments and onboarding smoothly, including setting up PTO and generating offer letters. There's also plenty of behind-the-scenes payroll support, like paying federal taxes, plus the option to run and generate reports.

There isn't anything I dislike for our organization which is why we're keeping it.

It has been really simple for both employers and employees. The team actually enjoys the interface and the ability to clock in using their phones has been a big win for us. Also, employees can easily view their paystubs and W-2s right in the platform.

You'll find no done-for-you filing, you're responsible for submitting all the documents yourself, while some other payroll providers handle that part for you.

We run a small side business but we rely on a pretty big mix of temporary and part time employees. It made it much easier to organize our payroll process. As we keep growing, we're also considering adding benefit services down the road.

Cost runs a bit higher than some other options. We ultimately decided to compare a few more providers before signing up for a longer-term contract.

Pros

I get paid through it and I really like how they email me whenever a payment goes through. It also lets me log in online to review my paystubs anytime. There's even a file that keeps all my paystubs in one place which has helped me catch mistakes if something looks off. Plus, it keeps everything paperless so I don't have to save paper copies. Overall, it feels simple and user friendly which matters most to me.

This is a genuinely excellent product. It feels very user friendly and the licensing approach is friendly as well which makes it a solid choice for getting started and using it anytime. Overall, it's something I'd strongly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable solution.

Manuals and support or help resources could be improved. The UI also needs a revamp to make the experience even smoother but despite those points, I still strongly recommend it to everyone.

Really enjoy the interface and how simple it feels to use. Getting set up for new jobs was fast and it didn't drag out the onboarding process. Logging in to check things like timesheets and tax details makes it simple to stay on top of what's going on with work.

Cons

A few of the tabs are a bit tricky to navigate and it took me some time to understand that you can be registered for multiple jobs under the same account. Once it finally clicked, I actually think it's pretty cool... there's no need to juggle separate accounts for different employers.
