the interface felt very user-friendly from the beginning. It responds quickly, stays snappy and I haven't run into any problems while using it. The customer support has also been excellent, very responsive and quick to get back to me whenever needed.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is a mobile app. It would be much more convenient to access it while on the go and enter expenses as they happen.

Landing my dream role through this tool was truly a wonderful experience. My recruitment journey with Kimberly Clark was fantastic from start to finish, especially since building a career across South Asian countries felt quite challenging at first. This tool made that path much more manageable and in the end I was able to join Kimberly Clark as a Cluster Manager for South Asian countries. I'm especially grateful to Mr. Luis, who made the entire process feel smooth. The way he handled every step and addressed all of my concerns with such patience really deserves recognition. After personally going through such a positive experience, I would absolutely recommend this tool to others. They are highly professional and do an excellent job of making the recruitment process efficient while matching the right candidates with the right opportunities. Using this platform has been really easy and the added security from Multi-Factor Authentication is a big plus. It works well and having all my documents and information stored in one place has been really helpful.

Only thing missing is a mobile app. It would be much more convenient to have an app for phone access.

There's barely anything to complain about. If anything it would be more helpful if we could use it more comfortably on a phone even just through a browser like on a laptop, without needing a separate Android or iOS app.

There are still a few areas that need attention. The active leave day calculations should be reviewed because they do not match our company's eligible leave day policy. Also, the platform is not currently working properly on mobile devices so it would be much better if it were accessible through a mobile browser or supported with a dedicated mobile app.
