Horizons has allowed me to work for a U.S. company without worrying about contracts, taxes or payroll issues here in the Philippines. Everything is handled professionally making it a great setup for remote work across borders.

In my two years working with it, I honestly have not faced any issues worth mentioning. Their team has been responsive, professional and proactive in managing HR and payroll tasks. Everything has run smoothly which reflects their consistent commitment to support.

The platform's interface and user experience are simple and easy to understand. Even without training, anyone can easily navigate and use the available features.

Cons

Well the new features are still being developed, so it's hard to make a judgment right now. Personally I would like the addition of a Dark mode to reduce eye strain.

Sometimes the website is down and I cannot log in. However this does not happen often. I feel like it could be due to high traffic at that moment.

Also the platform is clean and easy to use even for first-timers. It feels like having a personal HR assistant available at all times. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the notification system. As updates like approved leave or payroll changes can be easily overlooked without a more prominent alert or reminder.

Overall I really appreciate the all in one platform that provides easy access to essential documents and services in one place.

So far I have not faced any major problems with it. When concerns do arise, they are addressed quickly and effectively. Their support is also reliable and customer satisfaction is clearly a priority.

Getting started and handling contracts across many countries has been quite aligned. It makes the hiring decision much simpler for both employees and employers when using this tool.

Payslips and holiday tracking still need improvement. The portal should show regional and national holidays based on each country and payslips are not updated properly there so we have to use other logins to check them.
