Also the platform is clean and easy to use even for first-timers. It feels like having a personal HR assistant available at all times. Overall it is a great tool that saves time and keeps me on track.
Cons
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the notification system. As updates like approved leave or payroll changes can be easily overlooked without a more prominent alert or reminder.
