Sometimes the website is down and I cannot log in. However this does not happen often. I feel like it could be due to high traffic at that moment.

Also the platform is clean and easy to use even for first-timers. It feels like having a personal HR assistant available at all times. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the notification system. As updates like approved leave or payroll changes can be easily overlooked without a more prominent alert or reminder.

Everything seems fine on my end. I cannot think of any cons at the moment especially since I know it is continuously improving the platform. The ongoing updates show a strong commitment to enhancing the user experience and that's really appreciated.

What I appreciate most about it is how well they treat their employees. My salary is always paid on time and our monthly contributions are handled fairly and consistently. I genuinely feel valued working with them which makes a big difference.

I've found the platform very user-friendly and it gives me all the information I need especially when it comes to time tracking. Everything is laid out clearly enough that I can quickly find what I'm looking for without any problems.

Cons

The Save button on my timesheet appears grayed out for no obvious reason. In my case though, a quick reload or refresh usually fixes it and everything works fine again.

Honestly I haven't run into any problems with Remote People so far. Whenever something comes up or our staff has a concern, I've noticed their team responds right away and provides the support we need.

Pros

I've had an excellent experience with this platform for EOR. Communication has felt very simple on my side and salary transfers are processed quickly without unnecessary delays. What I appreciate most is that I don't have to worry about compliance, payroll or payment complications since those are handled through their established local infrastructure. That takes a lot of pressure off the process and makes the whole service feel dependable.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a proper mobile application because at the moment I can only really use it on my notebook. That makes access a bit limiting when I'm away from my laptop. That said I've found it simple enough to stay updated regarding mobile app developments and I'm hoping a full mobile option becomes available soon.
