Using both the website and app has been a really positive experience. The platform is user-friendly, simple to set up and easy to work into daily use. I also appreciate that it keeps getting updated regularly which makes it feel actively maintained and improved.

Cons

Customer support needs to improve since responses can be quite slow and unresponsive. The 24-hour auto-reply support is fine as an acknowledgment but actual follow-up and proper feedback should come much faster.
