“Flexible workflows!!
Pros
it adjusts to every workflow oddity we find and I find the platform's handling of holiday scheduling and time-off approvals particularly effective, while the support team is outstanding.
Cons
The only real request I've heard from our team is for a mobile app and honestly that's the only missing piece people have mentioned.

It offers a single, centralized hub for every HR task and I find it very affordable.
Cons
Unfortunately, there isn't a mobile app for the platform which I find to be a significant limitation.

“Handy hiring tools with integrations
Pros
Using the hiring features has become a go-to for me and I find the third-party integrations and team review tools extremely handy for narrowing down the best candidates.
Cons
the user interface can feel confusing and poorly organized at times. Information isn't always where I'd expect it to be and it's sometimes difficult to tell one section of the UI apart from another. a bit more clarity in layout or stronger visual distinctions between areas would make it much easier to navigate.

“Affordable, flexible HR platform for startups
Pros
For our startup, the price of this platform is excellent compared with many rivals and it's given us the level of flexibility we've needed to grow our business.
Cons
The platform does require quite a bit of setup and hands-on configuration which makes sense given the bargain price we pay. Still, the support team has been great, always ready to guide me through the steps when needed. Some features are missing compared to other providers but I've enjoyed seeing several useful new functions roll out this year.

“Easy leave and employee record management
Pros
Personally, we rely on this platform to handle leave and employee records and I find it pretty feasible to navigate both the admin and employee sections.
Cons
I've noticed that it doesn't automatically calculate leave entitlements, so I have to enter that info manually for each employee and every pay period. Exporting custom forms can be tricky too, since PDFs often fail to download correctly for me.

“Smooth recruitment with responsive support
Pros
There are a lot of things I like about this platform but I'll mention only the two we talk about most in our office. The feature I appreciate the most is Recruitment, it's really simple for us to access as ADI admins and it's convenient for applicants. Whenever we put up a job opening, none of the interested candidates reported problems, pages loaded quickly and they were able to submit applications without any technical hiccups. Another standout for me is the customer support team, they respond quickly to our requests even with the different time zones and I genuinely appreciate that. Big thumbs up to the team.
Cons
Rather than a dislike, I'd suggest a future improvement, the system doesn't seem to keep a full history of employee records. For example, someone who changed positions this year only shows their current role. I think it should maintain a chronological record of past roles, promotions, transfers and other actions, with dates, so managers and HR can see the full history for every employee.

Pros
Having all our employees information filled in and readily available saves me a lot of time, I can pull details quickly when needed. I appreciate being able to jot down notes about each person and the file attachment feature lets me upload every employee-related document for easy access.
Cons
When booking holidays for staff, the default settings don't match our actual working hours which causes confusion for me and the team. It can make it harder to figure out how much holiday entitlement each employee has left.

“Timeclock and checklists boost efficiency
Pros
it's great having everything centralized so I can access it from wherever I am, that alone has cut down the number of times people pester me, because most can find answers on their own. The timeclock has been a lifesaver for our casual staff who work unpredictable hours, they can punch in and out right where they're working. I also find the checklists incredibly useful, I create a checklist once, assign it to staff or managers and they immediately see the steps they need to complete for particular tasks. Whenever I've had a question, support has consistently replied pretty quickly which helped me troubleshoot and keep moving while I was setting everything up. Overall it feels like a one-stop solution that reduces back-and-forth and saves me time once it's up and running.
Cons
At first I found the setup fairly time-consuming and I was short on time when I started but I kept telling myself it would pay off once everything was configured, it mostly was just the process of migrating data across the platform. There are still occasions when leave accruals don't line up correctly, so I end up having to make manual adjustments in Xero for some leave records. I would also mention that some of the menu items on the side can be a little unclear, I repeatedly have to go back and show the managers where things live and how to use them which can be frustrating when you're trying to get everyone up to speed.
