“Cloud HR platform with self-service portal
Pros
After doing a lot of research to find a dependable HR management solution, we opted to roll out this tool across our organization and although we're still early into using it, we've already noticed positive changes. What really impresses me is how convenient the interface is, our HR staff and other employees can move through different modules with minimal training. Because it's cloud-based, everyone can access it remotely which is a big plus for colleagues who work from home or travel frequently. The employee self-service portal has become a go-to feature for us, it lets team members update their personal information, submit time-off requests and retrieve important documents without pinging HR for every small thing. That convenience has freed up a lot of HR hours and seems to have boosted overall employee satisfaction. Their support team has been excellent too, whenever we've had questions or needed guidance, they replied quickly and were genuinely helpful. On top of that, their documentation is thorough and feasible which made our training sessions and onboarding much smoother.
Cons
The only drawback I've seen is the initial learning curve when setting up some advanced workflows. It took effort to configure them properly but once I got past that phase, those workflows became invaluable for automating routine tasks.

“Easy adoption with excellent support
Pros
Our team found it incredibly simple to jump in and start using immediately. On top of that, their customer support is outstanding, they genuinely seem invested in helping their users.
Cons
It isn't yet a fully combined HRIS and recruitment platform in terms of features, at least from my experience. However, the team keeps iterating and adding new functionality which I've noticed improving over time.

“Fully centralized HR management system
Pros
For the first time in the history of our company, every HR item is gathered in one place, no more juggling spreadsheets, paper records, or several people moving the same data around. I'm not an HR manager but I was able to set the system up and mostly configure it during the 14-day trial and with it's support we managed to roll it out to employees within three weeks. So far the team's feedback about the look and feel has been very positive.
Cons
I don't have anything to add about the modules I've used so far, they've been working as expected for me.

“Simple setup with quick support
Pros
I find it really feasible to use and simple to set up and their support team is brilliant and responds quickly, customizations we've needed were affordable and overall it's an outstanding product.
Cons
Whenever I spotted a feature gap, the team either built it or fixed it, so nothing has remained unresolved for me.

“Secure platform with attentive service
Pros
Honestly, this software has been a pleasant surprise for me because it lives up to all the expectations I had, the team stays very attentive to customers for any kind of need, promptly addressing any questions that come up and what has given me the most peace of mind is the extremely effective security measures they have put in place.
Cons
I haven't been using it for very long but up to this point, there hasn't been anything I haven't liked.

“Guided demo easing onboarding
Pros
how the support team guided us through the product is great and I found the demo feasible and pressure-free which helped me understand the system and its features.
Cons
Of course with any software there are some things it won't do out of the box but what I appreciate about this tool is that they usually find workarounds for our needs and, if they can't, they'll submit a feature request on our behalf. That willingness to adapt and to push for new functionality really makes a difference for us.

“Checklists and e-signatures simplify tasks
Pros
I rely on the checklists and e-signature modules to circulate policy information and I appreciate the quick view of the organizational chart and leave balances it provides.
Cons
In my experience the annual leave system feels overly tangled and confusing. Compared with most other HRIS platforms I've tried which presented leave clearly and handled things in a very automated way, this product still demands a lot of manual mediation and hands-on intervention from our HR staff.

“Task lists improve onboarding and leave tracking
Pros
Onboarding is simplified because I can create task lists for new hires and I rely on it for tracking leaves, reminders and team calendar management.
Cons
One downside I've noticed is that the web app lacks any built-in notification system.
