“Love that staff submit their own time-off
Pros
What I really appreciate is that staff can log into their HR profiles and submit their own time-off requests and I can designate specific people who have authority to approve or decline those requests which means I don't have to be the only person tracking down the proper approver.
Cons
Creating reports in this tool to pull usable data feels a bit confusing to me. Even though I know exactly which fields I need, I often can't put together a report that extracts the information in a format I can actually work with.

“Feature-rich, great value HR tool
Pros
I'm impressed by how user-friendly it is and by the number of features it includes. For the money, it's an excellent solution for businesses of any size, our team of around 40 employees has found it has made our work much simpler.
Cons
There isn't a mobile app which would make a huge difference for it, if they released one, I think many more users would consider switching to the platform today.

it is an outstanding program. It genuinely makes managing people so much simpler by putting every tool and piece of information I need all together in one place.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about this software. It's feature-packed and easy to use and while a few functions required a bit of a learning curve the first time I tried them, that's really the only issue I've found.

“Covers core HR workflows smoothly
Pros
For our team, we've been able to cover most, if not every, HR workflow we need. The interface is feasible and convenient. I also find managing the user portal simple and hassle-free overall.
Cons
I wish the platform had a stronger mobile app or mobile-optimized version. I haven't opened it in several months but from my previous use the mobile experience left something to be desired and could be markedly improved.

“Easy setup with responsive support
Pros
Picking up the system was feasible, the learning curve felt minimal and for what you get, the platform delivers excellent value for money. Whenever I've needed support, communication has been prompt and helpful and the team is always ready to assist.
Cons
At the moment I don't have any complaints. There's not much to add, I haven't experienced problems with this tool lately, so nothing to report. Thanks.

“Custom questions and PTO tracking
Pros
Using this has been really simple, I find the interface very convenient. I can quickly add my own custom questions and easily keep track of PTO, so overall it's very simple to use.
Cons
I'd like a dedicated mobile app so employees could access it more easily, because right now reaching it on phones is awkward.

I really like the clean, convenient interface, it's simple to manage employee records and the software strikes a nice balance by offering useful features without overwhelming complexity, all while being more affordable than bigger HR platforms.
Cons
the applicant tracking feels a bit basic and could use more depth, customization choices are somewhat restricted and there aren't many advanced reporting capabilities.

“Paperless employee file management
Pros
After moving from a job where all staff files were kept on paper, I find it to be a real lifesaver. The interface is user-friendly and it organizes every personnel file neatly, so I can quickly store, locate and pull up records without any hassle.
Cons
it's great but what frustrates me is that we can't connect our financial data to the system which means information stays scattered and I can't view everything together in a single congreatated location.

“Simple scheduling!
Pros
We find the website really easy and convenient to navigate which makes it simple for everyone on our team to pick up and use. We rely on it heavily for scheduling and tracking time off and for keeping staff documents organized. Lately we've been using it more for managing recruitment and for signing documents which has helped to align several of our daily processes.
Cons
can't really name anything I dislike about the system. It offers many features but we haven't made use of all of them yet, so some capabilities remain unused.

“features feel too basic for our growing, international team

We get excellent support from the team, they're quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever problems come up. The platform offers a clean and feasible interface for routine HR tasks like managing employee records and tracking leave. For smaller teams or organizations with fairly simple HR requirements, it covers the essentials without adding unnecessary complexity. The document storage and basic reporting functions are reliable for everyday operations. It also meets our strict security, privacy and compliance standards.
Cons
our team grows and we expand internationally, a few features still feel fairly basic and haven't kept pace with our evolving needs, particularly candidate screening, customizable forms and reporting. Some of the more advanced reporting capabilities force us into manual workarounds and from time to time I find ourselves relying on external tools to handle the heavier analytics tasks that the platform doesn't support natively.

“Pre-boarding paperwork made easy
Pros
It's essentially a single destination for everything HR-related. What I appreciate is being able to have new hires fill out all the necessary paperwork online before their first day which aligns the process.
Cons
I like most aspects of it but I wish certain features came with more explanation or clearer instructions. I've also needed support at times and the big time-zone difference between us and their team has made getting help slower than I'd like.

“Improved Xero leave approval workflow
Pros
I'm really happy with this add-on because it fixed the Xero leave approval workflow that used to be restricted only to admin users, now I can assign every employee to their own supervisor to handle leave approvals.
Cons
However, I noticed that leave is posted to Xero only one way and doesn't get updated if I make changes, so I have to perform extra manual adjustments whenever something is modified.

The staff are incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating and I find the system convenient with plenty of customizable features at a competitive price.
Cons
In my experience the platform struggles with more complex tasks so I sometimes have to rely on workarounds to get things done. Because of that, I feel it's really only practical for a small team.

I rely on it to improve internal communication and the Checklist and Reminder notifications save me a lot of time, their support team always replies quickly.
Cons
To be honest, I find the images a little tacky, I wish they offered more polished, modern graphics like other options available in the market.

this tool's support team responds helpfully every time and I find the online help materials and training sessions very useful which makes onboarding and compliance workflows more efficient.
Cons
We sometimes notice a slight delay in processing when using the system from Australia which can be a bit frustrating, on the bright side, it does give us a moment to pause and think through the steps we're taking.

My main point of contact has been fantastic and I feel supported throughout, I appreciate how quickly questions are answered and follow-ups are handled.
Cons
I find the Xero integration a bit rough around the edges, though I think that friction mostly comes from Xero itself rather than this software.
