“Good value, mobile-friendly, strong tracking
Pros
I find it to be outstanding value for money and really convenient to use especially from an end-user standpoint. Their customer support is amazing, they'll respond to any query and consistently go the extra mile to help. I also love the Annual Leave, Reporting and CPD tracking features and the mobile app is simple and brilliant to use.
Cons
We don't really have any complaints. The only function we're missing that would interest us is an integrated payroll module but otherwise it remains a fantastic HR system.

“Linked time & leave management
Pros
Having one platform that handles both time management and my annual leave requests is incredibly convenient and I like that the systems are linked so it automatically marks my days off as AL. I also find it useful that I can store the company policy document right on the platform making it simple to collect employee signatures when needed.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real drawbacks to point out about this platform, I find it easy to use and an easy, practical solution for our needs.

“User-friendly and easy deployment
Pros
The system is really user-friendly and far from overly complicated which makes deploying it across the business easy. I find generating reports for the wider organization valuable and for our HR team, it helps analyze data and address HR issues efficiently.
Cons
There are a few extra features I'd like. For example I want the ability to schedule automated emails at specific triggers, like sending a new-starter notification straight to managers and I also need the option to include attachments with those automatic messages. Additionally I feel the system should provide an extra gender-neutral field to better reflect our workforce.

“Easy report generation, strong follow-up support
Pros
Pulling reports and locating information is simple with a single click and I love that follow-up support has been excellent.
Cons
Certain functions feel quite slow and could use refinement. For example, dropdown menus require me to uncheck the choices I don't want, when it would be far more convenient to simply tick the single option I need, adding drag-and-drop capability would also speed things up considerably.

Cons
it's the staff directory that's riddled with obstacles whenever I try to manage leavers, it should be much more convenient and offer step-by-step guidance because this problem is serious enough that we may end up switching providers.

Hiring features are well implemented and I also appreciate the organizational chart function for keeping track of team structure.
Cons
For me the time-off customization options could use some improvement, the overall visual design of the software isn't very appealing and the time-off area in particular feels a bit cramped and not very convenient to use.

Pros
The platform covers all typical HR needs, recruitment, onboarding, time management, performance tracking and more. Putting HR processes online reduces manual work, saves time and money, lowers human error and produces reports for quick validation and analysis. I can pick a package that fits our specific requirements.
Cons
So far I haven't come across any real drawbacks and I sincerely hope the tool continues to perform this reliably in the future as well.

Pros
Logging working hours is easy and requesting time off is simple. I value the visibility across staff to avoid holiday overlaps and management can generate accurate reports quickly. Attaching certificates to each employee profile keeps everything organized in one place.
Cons
I miss having a mobile app. For our field staff a dedicated app would be so much quicker and more convenient than having to sign into the web version. The way dates display when booking leave can be unclear, particularly for older colleagues. It would help if I could record my worked hours ahead of time, for instance six months in advance for regular office staff and only amend them if necessary.

Pros
Requesting, approving and tracking time off is simple for employees and managers alike. I've found it eliminated the chaos of multiple spreadsheets. Standard hours are handled cleanly for salaried staff and the HR Docs feature ensures everyone signs essential documents. All HR data is now paperless and GDPR-compliant. I also appreciate how affordable it is and the quick, practical updates the team rolled out during the global pandemic.
Cons
Because we don't use a clock-in/clock-out setup, managing leave isn't flawless for us, I often have to come up with workarounds. Changing annual or sick leave after I've entered it is clumsy: you generally have to delete the entry and add it again. There aren't many customization options to tweak the system to our specific needs so what you get is pretty much what you see. For a long time I didn't notice many upgrades to the platform although in the past four to six months there have been several really meaningful updates that have improved the experience.
