pretty comrehensive platform

Pros

I like the fact that it's a true all in one HR platform. And it brings together core HR, Time Office, Payroll, Workforce Management and Employee Self-Service all within a single system.

Cons

Up to this point I honestly have not come across anything about it that I dislike.

Clean UI and excellent support

Pros

The clean UI and the attendance regularization process is really user-friendly. Plus their customer support has been excellent. Leave and shift management combined with payroll are also simple to handle. Overall it is very easy for me to use in day to day management.

Cons

Sometimes when the internet is poor or there's a sync problem, I have to sync punches manually.

Perfect for self-service attendance and leave

Pros

It is pretty perfect for updating my attendance and viewing my leave balances myself, means I don't need to bother HR or Admin anymore. Also interface is pretty user friendly and I picked up how it works quickly. Even the initial setup was simple and hassle-free which saved me time getting everything configured.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about it. As per me it performs exceptionally well and its range of features addresses every essential requirement I need.

Likes tracking hours and managing calendar

HrONE is simply excellent for managing timekeeping, office workflows and keeping track of employee attendance.

user-friendly interface, smooth workflows, great support

Pros

Let me tell you that I am a big fan of HROne's user-friendly interface as it makes attendance and workflows easy for both admins and employees. Also the workflow module helps us automatically align with policies. Payroll is simpler too as I can set up CTC components during onboarding and payroll runs automatically once attendance is approved. Employee management like documents, reimbursements and reviews is clear and efficient. Plus the support team is always available to help so operations run smoothly. Onboarding was thorough too with practical training that got the whole team up to speed quickly.

Cons

Well I'd like to see more admin tools like event planning features. Also it would be much smoother if admins could book events, order food and handle reservations directly in the app so everything is in one place.

Blends tech with human touch but steep learning curve

Pros

What I really like about HROne is how it blends HR technology with a human touch. It does not just automate payroll, attendance and compliance but it makes them simpler and more approachable for everyone. The interface is also user friendly, support is quick to respond and the tools feel helpful not just for tracking employees. That combination is what makes it stand out to me.

Cons

Although it works well overall but it can feel overwhelming for new users. As some features take time to learn and without enough guidance, the learning curve can be steep. Plus if onboarding offered clearer instructions and more hands-on help, the experience would feel more supportive and people-focused.

allows viewing team activities and recognitions

Pros

I use it to view and update my profile and keep track of my team's activities. With it I can also check leave records, attendance, salary details, past experience and education history. The best thing is that I also have access to HR policies and the holiday calendar and I can give badges to recognize great work by teammates.

Cons

Overall I find it pretty good but I wish it also displayed the date and details of the most recent appraisal and the last salary increment for both myself and the people on my team.

Likes unified system for all hr modules

Pros

The platform combines modules for core HR, recruitment, payroll, attendance, performance, expenses and asset management into a single, unified system which I like the most about it.

Cons

Nothing major but I keep having trouble resetting my password or logging in. And it is a recurring issue for me.

Runs across platforms but reporting is limited

Pros

I am really happy that HROne runs across all platforms so my team and I can pull up attendance and payroll details from wherever we are. Also it is easy to navigate and does a great job automating the core HR processes which has eliminated a lot of manual work, saved time and cut down errors. Having access to multiple devices is a big plus too because it keeps HR workflows smooth and efficient. I also value how dependable it is and how easy it is to handle HR responsibilities. Setting it up at the start was fast and painless, with no significant problems.

Cons

Well the mobile app feels a bit buggy at times and I've noticed the reporting tools need work. Plus if they added deeper customization options, it would improve the overall experience.

Pros

HrONE simplifies and automates everyday HR work such as tasks like payroll, attendance tracking and leave management. Overall it feels like a full-featured, user-friendly platform that's polished and particularly strong on mobile.

Cons

That said I have run into some technical problems such as slow performance, occasional glitches and login issues. The reporting and customization options feel limited too as I'm not able to generate custom reports or widgets and handling mid-year salary increments is awkward. Also there are also some functional gaps that bother me like no per-hour attendance support, a complicated logo-mapping process and payroll that can be slow to process.

Polished UI, full HRMS suite

Pros

The tool is incredibly easy to navigate and the UI is very polished. It also provides a full HRMS suite which makes managing a big organisation much more hassle-free.

simplifies HR processes

Pros

Thanks to HROne's self-service portal, we can check our own attendance, download pay slips and monitor our hours using our personal login. We do not need to go through the HR team for every little thing now. It makes tracking attendance accurate and efficient, helps digitize our HR tasks and cuts down on paperwork. We also get full visibility into how our salary is calculated, including taxes, deductions and benefits.

Cons

So far I have not run into any problems while using it.
