Pros

Supportive team, simple interface

Pros

I am quite impressed with how supportive the team is. As they help out even on weekends and holidays. Downloading and uploading reports is fast too and the interface is so simple that everyone uses it regularly. Also it is simple to connect with other systems and there are plenty of built-in features to work with.

Cons

There are a few rare times when the system works slow and I have noticed a few employees occasionally have trouble when trying to reset their passwords.

I can now download employee records in just a few seconds and I'm able to review each worker's status and how they are performing against the KRAs and KPIs that were assigned to them.

Cons

We are unable to permanently delete an employee's details from this application and that lack of a true removal option is a drawback for our team.

reduces hr back-and-forth

Pros

Leave requests, payslips, tax declarations and attendance are all presented in a clean, user friendly manner and all this really reduces the back and forth I usually have with HR.

Cons

The product works but some screens and menus do not look as modern or easy to use as newer tools. I notice this more the longer I use the app.

Brings core hr together in tight integration

Pros

The platform brings Core HR, payroll, attendance, performance and compliance together in a tight integration so my team never has to juggle five separate tools just to finish the job.

Cons

It handles most HR tasks well but have run into limits when trying to customize features or reports for our specific needs. Though it works fine in most cases but when we need something more tailored the options feel limited and that can be annoying.

I really like that it consolidates all key HR functions such as attendance, leave tracking, payroll and employee records into a single, centralized platform that's simple and easy to use.

Cons

One downside is that a few of the features feel like they need more flexibility and a friendlier interface. I also notice the system work slow sometimes particularly during payroll runs or when I generate reports which makes those processes take longer and flow less smoothly than I'd expect.

Cuts repetitive work

Pros

HROne cuts down a lot of repetitive HR work and really boosts efficiency. By automating everyday tasks be it attendance syncing, leave requests, tax computations, distributing payslips and other routine workflows, overall it significantly lowers manual effort and reduces the number of HR questions we get, saving time and smoothing out daily operations.

Cons

At times the interface seems complex especially when you are new to it As several colleagues and I have struggled with navigation in the more complicated modules as it's not always user friendly. Also getting up to speed takes longer than expected and the learning curve is steep.

minimizes manual mistakes but can be slow

Pros

The automation in HrONE significantly cuts down on manual calculation mistakes-like payroll and it helps us remain compliant with statutory regulations such as TDS, PF, ESI and labor laws. For Indian businesses like mine staying on top of these legal requirements is really important and this feature makes that much easier.

Cons

Occasionally I encounter performance problems. Such as I have noticed slow loading times particularly when the system is under heavy use during payroll runs or while I'm generating reports. Those delays can make the platform perform slow and less responsive when I'm dealing with more demanding tasks.

Pros

One of the things I appreciate most about HRone is how it streamlines core HR tasks like tracking attendance, managing leaves, running payroll and accessing employee records which makes my everyday workload noticeably easier to handle. And because everything lives on a single centralized platform, I spend less time doing manual work, I see fewer errors and there's clearer transparency for both employees and our HR team.

Cons

Mobile app with geofencing works great

Pros

One of the standout thing about it is definitely the mobile app as clocking in with geofencing works very well and is always accurate which makes my daily attendance routine so much easier. I also like being able to pull up payslips and tax documents straight from the dashboard without having to trouble HR and the whole interface feels tidy and user friendly so I didn't need any training to use it.

Cons

Sometimes I notice the mobile app is a bit slow to load especially when my internet connection is not the best which can be frustrating. I've also seen leave approval notifications arrive later than expected on occasion. And personally I'd really like a dark mode option in a future update to make the app easier on my eyes during late hours.

All-in-one setup

Pros

The real advantage is its all in one setup from payroll to attendance, leave management, compliance, performance reviews and so on, everything is centralized which keeps our HR team from constantly jumping between different tools.

Cons

That said the interface can feel a bit crowded. It has many features but it is not always easy to use. So new users usually need some training to find things quickly.

User-friendly interface, needs better integrations

I'm a fan of HROne's interface because it's user friendly and really easy to use. It has cut down my reliance on HR by letting me take care of tasks on my own. Most HRMS platforms feel complicated, yet this one is pretty simple to browse. And when HR isn't around I can handle onboarding newcomers and upload the necessary documents myself. Setting up this one at the start was pretty easy too.

Cons

As per my team the integrations with other tools still need work. Because some colleagues access systems through the CRM, those logins sometimes don't get tracked by the HRMS and that causes problems.

Its interface is very user friendly and tools such as payroll, attendance tracking and performance management are tightly integrated which saves me time and cuts down on manual work. I also rely on the strong compliance features and responsive customer support which together make HR tasks smoother and more efficient for teams of any size.

Cons

One of the major area that need work are speed and customization. As some parts of the system feel inflexible when our company has specific workflows and I run into occasional slow load times that hurt productivity. Fast attendance and payroll processing

Pros

This application is really helpful for pulling employee data and getting detailed records on a daily, monthly and yearly basis. Plus now I can process attendance and run payroll in just a few minutes, whereas before this same work would take me days to complete.

Cons

However I am not able to customize the resignation email format to match our organization's specific requirements and that limitation is a bit annoying for us.

active community, simple mobile attendance

Pros

One of the best things I have noticed about this app is its active user community and the simple way it works. Even my colleagues are really happy because they can clock their attendance from their mobile phones in just two taps.

Cons

I am not able to export the audit trail showing what was changed and by whom. At the moment the data is exported in a coded format that we can't interpret so it is essentially unusable.

HROne has a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate. Plus I can quickly check my team's attendance and leave schedules. Policy documents are well organized and easy to find too. Switching between apps feels smooth and all the data I need is in one place something I struggled with in other HR tools. Moreover having full visibility helps me manage my small team of three more effectively and make smarter decisions.

Cons

Back when I was using the platform there wasn't an AI assistant available, at least not that I could see. I'm not up to date on whether that's changed since then. Still I think introducing AI capabilities for example, command-prompt style features would be a really useful addition and would noticeably improve the overall functionality.

Perfect for self-service attendance and leave

Pros

It is pretty perfect for updating my attendance and viewing my leave balances myself, means I don't need to bother HR or Admin anymore. Also interface is pretty user friendly and I picked up how it works quickly. Even the initial setup was simple and hassle-free which saved me time getting everything configured.
