Pros
Our team uses this software to log data consistently and it helps us revise our internal policies based on real insights. Having that information easily accessible makes our updates more informed and effective.
Cons
I cannot create a confirmation email template in the system and we really need that feature.

“Supportive team, simple interface
Pros
I am quite impressed with how supportive the team is. As they help out even on weekends and holidays. Downloading and uploading reports is fast too and the interface is so simple that everyone uses it regularly. Also it is simple to connect with other systems and there are plenty of built-in features to work with.
Cons
There are a few rare times when the system works slow and I have noticed a few employees occasionally have trouble when trying to reset their passwords.

Pros
We can easily collect and combine data which helps us decide what policies we need. Plus we use this app to track attendance and run payroll.
Cons
I wish I could rearrange the widgets because right now I can't move their placement to suit our preferences.

For marking attendance running payroll and viewing employee profiles I rely on HROne and I genuinely like how well all three work. Plus setting it up at first was actually really simple for me.

Pros
I can now download employee records in just a few seconds and I'm able to review each worker's status and how they are performing against the KRAs and KPIs that were assigned to them.
Cons
We are unable to permanently delete an employee's details from this application and that lack of a true removal option is a drawback for our team.

Pros
Leave requests, payslips, tax declarations and attendance are all presented in a clean, user friendly manner and all this really reduces the back and forth I usually have with HR.
Cons
The product works but some screens and menus do not look as modern or easy to use as newer tools. I notice this more the longer I use the app.

The platform brings Core HR, payroll, attendance, performance and compliance together in a tight integration so my team never has to juggle five separate tools just to finish the job.
Cons
It handles most HR tasks well but have run into limits when trying to customize features or reports for our specific needs. Though it works fine in most cases but when we need something more tailored the options feel limited and that can be annoying.

It is a platform that lets me handle people, payroll and performance easily. Overall it really empowers our HR team to work more quickly and intelligently.

I really like that it consolidates all key HR functions such as attendance, leave tracking, payroll and employee records into a single, centralized platform that's simple and easy to use.
Cons
One downside is that a few of the features feel like they need more flexibility and a friendlier interface. I also notice the system work slow sometimes particularly during payroll runs or when I generate reports which makes those processes take longer and flow less smoothly than I'd expect.

HROne cuts down a lot of repetitive HR work and really boosts efficiency. By automating everyday tasks be it attendance syncing, leave requests, tax computations, distributing payslips and other routine workflows, overall it significantly lowers manual effort and reduces the number of HR questions we get, saving time and smoothing out daily operations.
Cons
At times the interface seems complex especially when you are new to it As several colleagues and I have struggled with navigation in the more complicated modules as it's not always user friendly. Also getting up to speed takes longer than expected and the learning curve is steep.

The automation in HrONE significantly cuts down on manual calculation mistakes-like payroll and it helps us remain compliant with statutory regulations such as TDS, PF, ESI and labor laws. For Indian businesses like mine staying on top of these legal requirements is really important and this feature makes that much easier.
Cons
Occasionally I encounter performance problems. Such as I have noticed slow loading times particularly when the system is under heavy use during payroll runs or while I'm generating reports. Those delays can make the platform perform slow and less responsive when I'm dealing with more demanding tasks.

One of the things I appreciate most about HRone is how it streamlines core HR tasks like tracking attendance, managing leaves, running payroll and accessing employee records which makes my everyday workload noticeably easier to handle. And because everything lives on a single centralized platform, I spend less time doing manual work, I see fewer errors and there's clearer transparency for both employees and our HR team.
Cons
At this point I do not really have any complaints as I haven't come across anything I dislike so far.
