“everything about it is good
Pros
There is a self-service portal where you can grab your salary slips, see how much leave you have left and more. Also you can log in from any computer with a browser like no special device needed and it works on mobile too. The biometric attendance system updates in real-time so our data is always current and accurate.
Cons
Up to this point we have not had any trouble with it at all.

HROne includes all the essential features we need, plus advanced tools, to handle employee info like attendance, clock-in/out times, pay documents, reporting managers and more.
Cons
Every once in a while, I come across a small glitch but it does not happen often.

Pros
It really helps simplify and organize HR tasks. You can automate old-school manual jobs like tracking attendance and managing leave which means less paperwork. Also it lowers the risk of compliance issues and fines. Employees can use their own login to access self-service features like downloading pay slips or updating leave records directly in HROne.
Cons
We still have not experienced any issues with it.

Pros
The whole employee database is simple to manage. The system can auto-generate all necessary communications and dealing with timesheets and attendance is not a problem for us anymore.
Cons
Every now and then, new users have trouble logging in which can make it hard to reach certain pages or info. Also our company org chart only shows people's names as it does not include phone numbers or other contact details.

Pros
I like the attendance tool that lets us log our hours regularly and request corrections if we forget. Plus you can also see the full list of yearly holidays right in the system.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the mobile app can be slow to start up and takes a while to load.

The badging feature is cool and it helps boost team spirit. The employee dashboard is great too as it shows our status and keeps everyone connected.
Cons
We sometimes run into network errors, attendance does not always calculate right and the server is down more often than it should be.

HROne best thing is how easy it is to use and how all the records stay synced up. As we can pull any info we need, anytime.

Most things are well organized as I just think some parts of the interface could use improvement.

One of the big perks of it is how user-friendly it is. Plus people can jump in and use it without training and it's flexible enough to adapt to what each company needs.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Even though the layout is user-friendly, some people still find it takes time to get comfortable moving around the platform. That can slow down how quickly the team adopts it and might affect productivity early on. Also as mentioned before customer support could be stronger. For companies that need fast, reliable help with technical issues that's something to keep in mind.
