“Clean interface and setup
Pros
Overall I appreciate the responsive support, clean interface and regular product updates. Implementation went smoothly for me and I find the integrations work the way I expect.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any downsides yet it covers everything I need so far. I do feel it's still evolving though and I expect a lot of new features and improvements to arrive.

The software looks great and its integrations let me assemble my HR stack step by step, the table feature enables smooth interaction between this app and Google Sheets and the new additions, like the compensation review, are fantastic.
Cons
I like the majority of it as it feels like since they're not as widely known as some other SIRH providers, they still have fewer integrations available but on the whole I'm satisfied.

“Scalable all in one HRIS
Pros
With more than 15 years working in the People/HR space, I genuinely feel this platform outshines other HRIS solutions for a number of reasons. From day-to-day use the interface is clean and logical, I find the layout simple and navigating between modules feels effortless which speeds up routine tasks. On the functionality side, it covers a broad range of HR needs, onboarding workflows, time-off requests, offboarding procedures and reporting are all baked in and work together smoothly. Integration capabilities are impressive too, the system links with many external tools we rely on which reduces manual data entry. Workflow management is handled thoughtfully, processes are easy to set up and follow, helping to prevent approval delays and handoffs getting lost. I've also been pleasantly surprised by the customer support and account management, live chat is available and responsive and that level of service really stands out compared with other vendors I've used. The implementation process was feasible in my experience, the software is designed to be set up without heavy technical resources. It scales well as teams grow which gives me confidence for future expansion. Finally, I'm enthusiastic about upcoming updates because the company appears committed to ongoing improvements and adding valuable new features.
Cons
Pre-onboarding functionality, At the moment I've noticed the platform doesn't include pre-onboarding data capture, you can't collect candidate or new-hire information before their formal onboarding starts. That said, I'm reassured because this capability is on the vendor's roadmap and expected in a future release.

For me it acts as a single source of truth for all our HR data, enables automation across every HR system I use and helps simplify and align our workflows and processes.
Cons
It still lacks some customization options though I'm aware those features are planned on the roadmap

“fast setup and records
Pros
We use it for maintaining all employee records and it plugs into all of our other systems. Setting it up was feasible, no problems and we had it fully operational in under an hour. Team members really enjoyed making their own profiles and having their information flow conveniently across the organization from hiring through onboarding.
Cons
The feature set in the US feels limited and I find it seems built with European companies in mind based on available integrations

Pros
This product feels very powerful and I use it easily every day. My team feels comfortable with it and I manage time off quickly while I also check employee details during onboarding.
Cons

Cons

Layout feels minimal and I learned features quickly. I skip unnecessary extras and I still customise settings.
Cons
It feels a little UK-centric in places. For instance, the 'people leaving' area works really well for permanent contracts but when it comes to temporary staff who are likely to have their contracts extended, I find they can't schedule future holiday time because the system assumes they won't still be employed.

Cons
They're still an early-stage company and I notice it some feasible features are missing compared to bigger rivals like HiBob, for example, booked vacations don't automatically sync to each employee's personal calendar.
