Pros

From my experience, the interface is really user-friendly and they reply quickly to any emails or questions.
Cons
I've noticed it doesn't integrate with Remote, Asana or Float.

“easy leave and data export
Pros
I find it very easy for employees to book time off, the integrations with other systems are handy and I enjoy exporting people's data as CSV to manipulate it, the built-in analytics are simple to understand as well.
Cons
Not a con but I wish the Lattice integration supported true two-way syncing, at the moment, both platforms require some manual updates so I often end up updating entries in both systems to keep things aligned.

This tool suits small companies and I keep employee data and documents in one place. I follow processes easily and I like the time-off view while I also use the insights.
Cons
There aren't any approval workflows yet which makes scaling a challenge though I'm aware they're actively developing that capability.

“Simple reporting and leave management
Pros
System feels very easy and I use reports clearly. Integration helps daily work and I manage leave smoothly while I also appreciate the support.
Cons
Overall everything about the product is great. That said, we would love the ability to customize it further although I can see the team keeps rolling out impressive new features. It would also help to have more filtering options and I wish we could set working schedules in the tool since our team members follow different and frequently changing shifts.

Pros
Platform feels simple and I navigate without confusion. Support helps quickly and I always get useful guidance.
Cons
There's nothing specific I dislike about the service but one limitation I run into is the inability to switch easily between multiple accounts, having an easy account-switch feature would really improve my workflow because it currently isn't available.
